The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. . When we got to our room we found housekeeping were still preparing our room. We didn't have a problem with this at the time. However when we went back to reception later to ask a question we mentioned it. The receptionist told us we were were complaining about nothing and it wasn't her problem. I have never met such a rude front of house. It is sad because the rest of the staff were amazing.

It is a lovely beautiful hotel. The beach is sandy and you can walk out in the sea for miles. The bar staff are amazing and friendly. Pool area is pretty and the cocktails are great.

The hotel and location is great. Staff are very friendly and they go extra mile to help. We wanted to extend our stay, although the hotel was fully booked, the reception team helped us with extension.

The representation of rooms was terrible. We made a reservation for a Seaside view, with magnificent views represented. We ended up with a room with a view of 2 bushes. After a major ordeal, our room was changed into what was our original expectation based upon all of your literature.

We enjoyed our stay after our room was transferred.

For work the Wi-Fi can be improved (for working), they find solutions because they are customer-focused, and they will find something for you if you have issues but if you are looking to go, connect and work won't be bad but neither awesome. The good for the wifi is that covers all the hotels including the pool, beach, and more.

I'm extremely happy to write this review, not just as a constant traveler, but also as a human being and an exigent customer. The hotel stands out for its exceptional staff. Yes, as with any hotel they can lack something or have tiny issues but whatever happens will be extremely fast-well solved and compensated by their amazing people who will find a solution with a smile and kindness even when you don't ask for anything. The breakfast, the installations, the views,the vibes are incredible and the employees will give you also a "wow" emotion for the extra miles they do. Kudos for the hotel and their staff. Keep being aweome

Rooms were a bit noisy due to the busy street behind the hotel, especially in the early morning, rather expensive cocktails at the pool bar

I really enjoyed the rich breakfast that included pancakes, savory, eggs, waffles and so much more! The pool is huge and very conveniently placed. There's a pool table, pingpong table and so much more.

Food and drink prices have increased since Leonardo have taken over. Inconsiderate parents allowing their kids to sit watching very loud cartoons on their tablets during breakfast. Not hotels fault, but very annoying for other guests having to listen to it. Why can't parents talk to their kids anymore ?? The evening buffet meal at the Kyma restaurant, which was supposed to be themed as "Indian", was somewhat unusual and a little disappointing as no traditional pappdums, curries or nan breads to be seen. There was pizza though ??

Have been visiting this hotel for 30 years. Standards have always been high and have mostly remained so. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Michael in Tycoons bar was very welcoming and entertaining. Sunbeds were never a problem and pool staff and lifeguards were on the ball, especially calming some rather exuberant kids playing in the pool that were upsetting a few guests.

The room is very small and cramped, not suitable for a family There was no room cleaning - we had to ask them to come and clean WiFi is very weak and disconnects many times

Resort is outside of the city center of Limassol, and you need about 30-40 mins by bus to reach city center. Bus station is in front of hotel so that is convinient, but it is not very close to city center. Depending of what you are looking, but there are not many restaurants around, and everything is very expensive compared to other places in Cyprus (my recommendation for good prices is Paphos area). There is no pedestrian walking area, so it is just resorts area, and if you want to go anywhere you either need a car, taxi or bus. Also in our room we had few ants (in bathroom and wardrobe area) and for 5-star resort this should not be the case. I left my feedback at the check-out about the ants since we did not want to complain before, but the receptionist was not very interested in what I was saying, (young lady, I would assume intern), she just mentioned she will talk to cleaning ladies but ants issue is nothing to do with cleaning ladies, it should be maintinance to look into issue as whole.

Resort was amazing, real 5 star resort with spacious rooms, attentive and kind staff, great cleaning services, private beach (no extra charge for the sunbeds), pool is spacious as well and also at some parts 2.15 m deep, which is perfect for swimming. Breakfast has variaty of choice and live music. Beach is clean, sandy, with clear waters and quite shallow so children friendly. All in all great experience for relaxing vacation in Cyprus.

The kids didn't like to leave the hotel.

There was an issue when we first arrived about our room not available even though we booked in advance, there was a mistake but anyhow they gave us better room but after a lot happened and lots of heated discussions with the hotel and booking.com. No All-inclusive offers in this hotel.

The access to the beach and the breakfast also the view of our room to the sea was amazing.
