Clean , near to facilities and staff friendly

We think the heating was not working properly because it gets too hot in the room at night and we tried adjusting the thermostat but it does not cool down even a bit.

The area was quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of public transpo. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, good for its price.

Daily room cleaning didn’t clean up bed linen neatly.

The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic for congress meeting and traveling throughout the old town.

Shower over bath is not ideal. Aircon not operational in April, room was super hot as outside temperature was above 26C.

Location is 30-min walk from the old town. Staff are friendly and room is clean.

The double bed was two single beds together instead of one.

The pillows... Rock hard. I actually did t get any sleep because of it. I had to roll my towels up and use them. Don't get why hotels but the cheapest pillows considering sleep is what we are there for... Amazing hotel but the pillows are so hard.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived and the screw holding the shower head was broken. Adding to that the body wash was empty and it took us over a day to get the room service yo refill it.

The property was very comfortable and had a nice arranged lobby. As it is located in Prag 2, one is able to get to the city centre very quickly. Also there are some good restaurants and stores nearby.

Bed sheets are quite old.

Staffs are all friendly. Reasonable price of breakfast, but quality was so nice! Their breakfast has Volume and variety of choice! So satisfied!

The room was nice enough and the bed was very comfortable but no tea and coffee facilities which was a disappointment and the breakfast in the morning was expensive and they didn't have a very good selection but it was a nice venue. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The walls are thin, you can hear the other guest pretty well. That or our upstairs neighbors were just very loud.

I was woken up several times by doors being slammed at night by hotel personal (heading to a room next to mine). It was too hot in the room.

Check-In was great, check-out easy going. Room and bathroom were nice overall.

The noise from the hallway. The doors to the rooms didn’t close easily and you had to smash them for the automatic lock to work. The hallways were tall and there was no carpet on the floor to soften the echo. This was very unpleasant since people would also come in later at night and breakfast at the hotel would start at 7:30 and I would be woken up from hearing them talking and banging the doors

Nice hotel, in an area with a lot of other hotels, clean, bed was comfortable. The room was rather small but cozy and warm. The receptionist was nice and helpful to recommend a good restaurant close by.

The bed was comfy but the pillows could be better 😉 We didn't use the hotel restaurant so no opinion on that. Overall it was a nice experience and would definitely come back.

It was a good stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and warm. Everything worked just fine. The cleaning and reception ladies are lovely 😊.

The air con doesn't work, is very noisy, and doesn't heat the room. It's not a 4 starts Hotel. it's a 3 star Hotel. I have requested a double bed but got 2 singles with single duvets. Had to request a double duvet, but they only gave one day after. Due to the air con and the duvet, I had a couple of cold nights.

Staff is very friendly, clean, and tidy, with a good location.

The room was a bit smaller than picture.

Nice accommodations a short walk away from cafes, restaurants, and the train. The staff were very nice as well.
