The hotel is rated 4*, but even under the Czech terms this is not what I would give it. Perhaps 3* would suit it more. The room was smaller but fine, but bathroom was dated. Breakfast albeit ok was basic so don't expect anything extra. Unfortunately WiFi was very bad. The signal strength was good but the data flow unreliable and often not functional. So if you need to work from the location for instance this is not an option.

The personal was kind and helpful. Room smaller but spacious enough. Breakfast decent. The hotel is not far away from a tram stop and in a walkable distance from a metro station too.

Noise from the neighboring rooms is quite strong. The television switches on automatically all the time when you enter the room.

There was some drilling outside on one of the days I stayed there, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Really, the hotel is good and the street is very quiet.

Aida is a comfortable hotel situated on a quiet street in Kobylisy. This makes it handy for getting into the centre as it is near the C Metro, and it is also near 3 tram stops, meaning that you can reach places like Zizkov, Vrsovice, and Holesovice quite easily too. The breakfast had good options, the staff were nice, and I don't really remember anything bad at all.

You could hear all the noise of the other rooms and the corridor, walking, talking, moving beds, showers. In addition, the sheets were not changed during the period

It could have better or more choices on breakfast, but otherwise it's completely ok.

It was clean and stuff was very helpful. 5 minutes walk to tram station or 7min to metro station so you can get quick to city centre

1) The morning after our arrival day, we left the room at 9:00 am and came back at 2:00 pm to find that the towels and bed sheets had not been changed. I informed the reception immediately and waited but had to call and remind her again a few minutes later, until the maids came to the room and changed the towels but they did not bother to change the sheets. 2) There was no shower cap for ladies in the bathroom.

1) The breakfast was excellent 2) The garden veiw of room at 4th floor was wonderful. 3) The gentelman at the reception on our arrival was very helpful and his best so we could get our two rooms two ours perior the normal checking time (3:00 pm).

Breakfast was very 'royal' and tasty! Rooms with just enough space for 2. We were outside all day and came back to sleep. For the price we paid including breakfast you can't find any better hotel. Staff was very helpful and answered all questions. We want to thank especially Victoria from the reception who was very friendly and helpful

Great breakfast and fantastic staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. The location, transportation into and from the city, and general surrounding areas (nearby restaurants, shops, etc.)were all easy to access and safe. Highly recommended!
