* Cleaning - Only towels were replaced during our 6 days stay. As it is fit for a 4-star hotel, bedsheet should have been replaced a couple of times during our stay. * No AC. Luckily for us, we had the perfect weather during April, so it did not bother much. But during summer times, it probably will be hot and you dont have any cooling unit.

The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great, you are dead in the center of the city, around all the shopping area and just next to the Mustek Metro station. The hotel itself is nice and tidy, we had the room that faced the busy and noisy street. However, when closing the windows, there was no noise and all was well. Did not try the breakfast, no comment for it. Although, for what they charge per person, you can have any type of breakfast you want just 5 min walk in any direction you will hit a Cafe.

I cannot assess the quality of the breakfast, as I was not told when and where the breakfast would be served. We paid for the breakfast, but did not receive it🙁

Loved most of it but we were unfortunate to have a room where the bathtub was leaking. I don't hold it against the hotel because this happens and they tried to fix it as soon as we raised it. It will be fixed for the next customers and they did try their best.

Very central (couldn't be more in the city center), very good value, wonderful and friendly staff and always clean. It was in pristine condition when we arrived.

Is a hotel 4 star and I think should have smart tv. Or in the information of the hotel you should write is 20/years old tv.I was after medicalyritment and most of time I spend in the hotel playing with my phone.Sorry I do not understand your language.

The window view was horrible - even though all photos on the website show the view of central Prague Square and the fact that the hotel was quite empty, we were accommodated in Block B with a view of the internal yard. Also, they should pay more attention to the condition of the bath sanitary equipment.

The location is perfect - we could visit all the sightseeing places in the city and never use a taxi or bus. The room is huge with a well-equipped kitchen.

The parking is an underground garage only accessible by the attendants via lift. We had to unload all our bags on a busy sidewalk before parking the car.

The cleaning service seemed to come at inopportune times, always in the evening around 5:30 when we were trying to get organized for dinner.

The location was great! We were very central to everything we needed. The staff at the desk was very helpful.

Cost of the parking was not included in the price. it was very expensive. the price was not mentioned in the offer. if i would know that, i would get another place that parking was included.

Bed mattresses a bit on the firm side but relatively minor an issue.

Staff were friendly, informative and professional. Apartment was great for a large group, although a second shower would have been great.
