Very varied breakfast, comfortable bed

Have stayed at hotel before and have found it to be very good value. Rooms are cleaned to high standard and staff are very helpful/ friendly.

But I received two single bed instead of one double bed, even though I asked when I booked the room.

The room was very clean and big enough for 2 people, and bath was also great. Breakfast was okay. They served a lot of options.

All was good. Just a note on cleanliness can be still better. It was very good though. Also add tissue box in the rooms.

The sign of the hotel is dark, not easy to find at the evening/night.

Couldn't take a proper bath because it wouldn't stop leaking, annoyingly difficult to change from bath to shower, and disappointed in the breakfast.

The pillows weren’t comfortable

I like the room, it was big enough with great bathroom and bathtub. It was clean. Good location. 1 minute walk to bus station. 10 min walks to the center. The breakfast was great

Air conditioning did not worked. We had to open the window at night and it was quite noisy. Mentioned it twice to the front desk but no one came. Phone in the room also not working. Had to go to the front desk each time we needed to talk to them. Room service did not add more toilet paper rolls on the second day. Ran out... got more on the 3rd. Also went out of liquid soap in the shower on the last day. Had to use soap from the sink. No iron and ironing board available in the room. All taken when we asked the front desk. We selected that hotel via booking because they had a parking. We were told at check-in that our car was too big. Had to use outside parking nearby.

Very nice and spacious room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Very clean, nice staff, great location and great breakfast. Just need a few "normally provided" room amenities/services.

The mattress was quite hard and the pillows were like pancakes. They were so uncomfortable to sleep even when rolled up both. PLEASE replace your pillows and possibly a new mattress as the hotel is in desperate need of this!

The hotel was decent enough overall particularly for a short stay. The location is fine although bear in mind it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. The staff were friendly enough and the facilities were clean. I did not have breakfast there so I cannot comment on the food.

The internet connection was very bad (at least on the 7th floor where we were staying), the most we could do were the basic stuff like checking emails. The bed was not comfortable, mainly due to the type of pillows that were available, which were very soft and provides no neck support. Lastly, in the mornings, I guess if too many people are using water at the same time in the bathroom, it is possible that you get no water pressure (or even no water at all).

The breakfast was really good; a lot of options for anyone. The location of the hotel is also great; very close to the tram stop, a short walk (15 minutes) from the city center, and a calm neighborhood.

Nothing comes up, all was fine.

Nice hotel, good service in the front desk, very nice and warm room, good covers but temperature was always very nice, breakfast very complete and good. Location was good near public transportation and good restaurants in the area.

The double bed wasn’t really a double bed, it was a two single bed pushed together. The breakfast wasn’t colourful: missed more type of vegetable’s (as only pepper and tomatoes were in the offer) and missed a fresh bread or typical Czech-Slovak small baguettes/bread rolls too (unfortunately only basic white & brown bread, so toast breads were available at 9am.), additionally I missed a typical red smoked sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. Only fried eggs were in the offer, but even they were really bad, absolutely overcooked and the yolks were dried out.

Love the location of the property, on walk distance to the city centre and all nice places. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful.

Hotel room was fine. They should aluminate the area between the front desk and the elevators as although it is safe it can appear intimidating especially to a female traveler.

I just didn't like the cleanliness of the toilet; I myself had to do extra cleaning. The same is true for bathroom walls and floor as well.

I received a very nice reception. (Thank you Lukas for your politeness and smiling face) The hotel is recently renovated; the carpets are all brand new, the furniture and decoration are very nice. The towels and bedsheets were all quite clean. The view from the room was very nice. The breakfast was basic, but was quite filling and for the price paid I guess was more than would be expected. I believe it would be better if we were in high season. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the toilet; I myself had to do extra cleaning. The same is true for bathroom walls and floor as well.

The hotel had declined our 3 credit cards to avoid payment though Booking.com system. They've sent a link to us by mail where we could pay. Payment was handled by they EA Hotels chain. There was a difference of 25 EUR (more). Bad style! Reading other reviews I can see that other people experienced the same problem. Housekeepers should be allowed to be more attentive to detail (room 517). One room service in 3 days. We've found a hat on the lowest shelf of the closet. They did not vacuum under the bed. Toilet bowl with strong urine smell. Broken toilet brush. Bad pillows (it's a matter of preference I guess). One pillow per guest. The shower faucet mounted on the wrong side. Unstable Internet. Small TV with only Czech TV channels. Coffee machine was broken. We were served a cheap tasteless coffee. The restaurant (dining area) wasn't Christmas prepared. Bad design of the dining area (leaving guests walk through the restaurant).

Pretty good hotel, located at 7-minute walk from Old Town, in a good, nice and quiet area. The room had a double closet, more than enough for two people. Warm room. Good breakfast. We won't book again.

The bed could have had 1 big mattress instead of 2. The pillows were not good, big with not enough filling.
