The shower: the temperature of the water varied too much ( sometimes got burning hot and then switched to cold quickly, probably due to someone next door flushing the toilet).

The noice from public transportation in the night is a bit disrupting, but hotel provides ear plugs. The biggest disappointment was coffee in the breakfast - when we arrived the lady was cleaning it or something, when we were done eating, about 40 minutes later, the coffee machine was still not working. Based on other guest comments, this is quite common here.

The room was nice and big. The receptionist was very friendly. Overall we were happy.

The bathroom has a fan that goes always and you cannot stop and this at the dnd stressed me. Breakfast was not at the level of a 4 stars hotel.

The rooms are not exactly a four star hotel rooms, and the breakfast as well. Few additional choices like boiled eggs for breakfast would've been good.

The air-conditioning was turned off, the remote control taken away and there was no other way how to air the room than to open a window facing the heavy traffic in front of the building. Room got hot at night because of it, but hotel management saved electricity at the cost of our comfort.

The location near main square was convenient but there is a lot of noisy traffic just in front of the hotel with very loud tramways turning at crossroads since early morning until late night.

the furniture and facilities were a bit tired (super noisy ventilation in the bathroom that worked when you switch on the light and then some time after you switch it off), old-fashioned heavy key to the room (no card keys), no power socket near the bed. all not major issues, especially for a one night stay

Bad sound proofing and we could hear people talking and laughing from the pub next to the hotel. The noise ceased only after the pub closed at 2am.

Noise at night from the street (the city is really vibrant and partying on saturday noght). But this may be of value added if you look for safe and local party experience.

Perfect location for city visit. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Rooms big and very clean. Breakfast meeting all the tastes and preferences (including home made pancakes and sanwiches).

Our room was very small, for 4* hotel I expected a bit more spacious room. Also the breakfast was a disaster. We came at 9:10 (breakfast should be served until 10) and there was almost nothing to eat and it was not refilled, we were very dissapointed.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We asked for ironing board and it was prepared the next morning as we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great.

Excellent location in relation to the historical sights of the city. Availability of parking (paid, you need to book a place in advance). Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Maybe a bathroom could receive a renovation as it is a bit old, and double bed consists of the two single mattresses with a hole in between them, so it feels a bit like two separate single bed.

Very nice, clean and big room, on a great location in the old town, with a parking for guests and a good price. The reception works 24/7, the personnell is kind and speaks English. Good breakfast.
