We liked food served and staff at the restaurant was very nice. We are also grateful to the hotel manager who was very effective in problem solving. Treatments' facilities are in good shape and the doctor is very attentive to clients. Overly, a positive impression!

Well renovated very traditional Karlovy Vary building. The location is just best - great views over the river and Saunia spa complex with outdoor bath filled with 100% thermal water. For 699 CZK you can use all the facilities for 3 hours. Relaxing in hot spring pool is also included. We layed there for almost an hour while ouside temperature was 7 degrees. Beer price is 55-65 CZK. Do not miss the walk to all springs and colonnades up to Hot Spring Colonnade.

I booked a massage and I gave specific wishes: neck and shoulders, but the masseur didn't listen, he kind of did his standard treatment (full back & legs) despite me protesting four times, pointing at where I wanted him to massage me. Besides that I have serious doubts about his schooling. He only used two techniques: effleurage (sliding over the skin) and some tapotements (tapping), but the most effectve technique, the petrissage (kneading), he didn't use. Too bad, that makes a massage as good as worthless.

Nice and spacious room with a balcony overlooking the street. The chair on the balcony was a low folding chair sometimes difficult to get up from. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly, helpful staff. I knew it beforehand so it's not a complaint, but for guests coming by public transport it's good to know that it's either a taxi or lugging (heavy) luggage with you, as there isn't any bus from the train station going to a point near the hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of KV. Breakfast was generous and good. Rooms are well appointed and bed was super comfortable.

The spa was very small, with one jacuzzi and a small swimming pool. The water in the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough. The sauna was nice, but it works only after 4pm. It was a bit hard to mkeaa reservation for a massage. We needed to wait for more than 15 minutes on a queue to talk with the main nurse just for scheduling the procedure. In my opinion,it would be easier to make reservations at the balneo reception.

The hotel was very cosy. Our room was spacious and well-equiped with everyting needed for the stay. The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming. The sellection of food was small, but it was very well prepared and tasty. The room and the hotel in general were spotless clean.

I would have liked a kettle in the room but we were able to ask at the bar for hot water so the issue was addressed.

Hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and had lots of storage space. The washroom/shower was spacious. There was a comfortable chair for sitting and reading or watching television. There was a fridge and desk work area as well. All in all a well designed room. The breakfast was very good. And the Spa facilities (sauna and pool) were quite good.

Its not what I didn't like for this money, just for info that rooms are not big as on hotel's photos.

Location is good. Swimming pool was pretty. Dinner is tasty. On dinner everyone can find what he like. For example you can find vegetables, fruits, sausages, bacon, porridge, eggs, different bread and bans, coffee, tea, jogurts and so on.

The bed was rather small for two of us. But we did not know that there was a better double room with a bigger bed. We should have booked it!

The hotel was good, breakfasts were not bad. The pool was wonderful! No other guests were there at the lunch time, so we were alone. I asked in advance about a parking place and we were provided with a parking place for additional price.

Spa was closed, which wasn’t what their website said. Staff wasn’t very helpful, definitely not worth the price. Don’t recommend visiting the city if you’re an English speaker, we felt very unwelcome and ended up leaving a day early.

Beautiful historical building, clean room, well kept. The hotel is nicely situated. On the top floor there is sauna, pool and jacuzzi free of charge. Breakfasts are diversified and tasty.

Russian language and Russian people with a style from the 80s, cuisine was also made for the people from the post Soviet Union, it was so strange feeling, like when you come to such a beautiful place and see so ugly people.

This is a beautifully presented old-style hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. loved our room and balcony. Nice high ceilings, comfy bed, well appointed. The bar staff were friendly and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace. Other than a good breakfast, we didn’t eat at the hotel (but we highly recommend the exceptional Saffron Indian Restaurant https://saffronindickarestaurace.cz/en/). Lastly, the pool and turbo tub upstairs on the 6th floor were great: there’s a button to push which generates a current to swim against. Overall loved our stay in magical Karlovy Vary..!

The water in the hot tub could have been hotter, but other than that the spa was nice.

Clean, comfortable, smelled fine, location was great to access a lot of restaurants and hot spring for drinking. Strong water pressure. Breakfast had standard continental fare as well as some additional Russian/Czech dishes. I had a headache and asked the front desk if they had aspirin one night. The front desk called around and couldn’t find any but she brought me some vitamin water, tea, and a sippy cup for the hot springs. Very kind and appreciated.
