Room was above rather busy street, so it was nearly impossible to keep open windows for some air during the night. As our car is wider than 180 cm (and couldn't pass the corridor leading to inner yard parking), we also didn't liked that parking space was kind of promised (our main criteria for choosing the hotel was free parking), but it turned out to be the question of luck if some parking space is available in the block. Staff at the reception was really trying to be helpful, but we still had the feeling of inadequate advertisement on this issue.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is really good for exploring Prague by foot - like 20-30 minutes walk to all major attractions. Staff was very friendly.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms, while functional, felt outdated with worn-out furniture and fittings. Additionally, it’s worth noting that some rooms are located on half floors, making them inaccessible by elevator; guests must use stairs to reach these rooms. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. It's a good choice for those who prioritize convenience and friendly service, though some aspects of the room facilities could be modernized.

There was a lot to appreciate about our stay. First and foremost, the complimentary parking was exactly what we were looking for, and the welcome drink voucher at the rooftop bar of a partner hotel was a delightful touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially “Alina”, who did a fantastic job managing a very busy breakfast service. Kudos to her!

My family and I spent 4 beautiful days in Prague, with accomodation at Hotel Louis Leger. Location of the hotel is great, very easy to be found, not far away from the Prague Old Town. A few minutes of walk from the hotel are metro and tramway station I.P. Pavlova from which you can esily reach any part of Prague in a really short time. Hotel stuff was great, especially our host Tariel, very kind and helpful, perfectly speaking english language. He gave us a lot of useful tips and hints, starting from how to buy tram tickets to pointing us on the map all interesting places inside city. We booked bed&breakfast, rooms are very clean, well handled daily by the staff. All bathroom and bed accessory is included. Breakfast is buffet served, very rich in all kind of food. Hotel has free of charge parking with 5 parking places but in case of lack of space the staff can book you parking places in the neighbourhood parking zone. Great experience and strong reccomendation for this great hotel.

Also breakfast was delicious and Alina from breakfast area was really hellpful with choosing the best food from all variety of choices. I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Louis Leger in Prague. The hotel's location in Nove Mesto put me within easy walking distance of major attractions. My room was clean, comfortable and full of old-world charm. One of the best perks was the hotel's free parking. This is a real rarity and a huge convenience in a busy city like Prague. Having a secure spot to leave the car while exploring on foot was a major plus. The welcoming staff were another highlight. Tariel at reception provided a warm welcome and top-notch service throughout my visit. Alina and the other team members were also friendly, helpful and always ready to assist.

The staff is great. Very supportive and helpful. Many thanks to Zara and Tariel from the Reception Desk and to Alina and Viktoria from the Breakfast Room, for their excellent work done! We asked for information and the staff answers were detailed and very helpful. Everything was just excellent! When we'll come again to Prague, we'll check firstly the availability of this hotel. The breakfast was really good, with many options for all customers and with very tasty dishes.

It was a really nice Option to stay in Prague! Spacious Room. Really friendly stuff which always there for questions of help. Especially Alina enlightened our days in the morning with her friendly, charming appearance during the breakfast. We will definitely come back for further Prague visits.

Water pressure of faucets

We loved the uniqueness of the hotel. It was a classy hotel with wonderful service from the front desk whenever we visited to the ladies in the breakfast room. There was always water available in the lobby after a long day of sightseeing then again in our room. We received the Prague Pass, a welcome drink at the hotel and another one at the beautiful rooftop of Wenceslas Square, which is a 15 minute walk away from Louis Leger. Our family of six had a room with an upstairs loft. Everything seemed clean. Breakfast was an overabundance of food according to European standards. When we checked out, our family all received water bottles to drink for the road and a Prague magnet. This was a hotel that kept on giving.

Although the room is quiet you can hear the neighbors. There was always a line for the breakfast, we should have been waiting for 10 min at least in front of the restaurant.

The staff was very kind especially Tomel and Roman. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The location is perfect everything is in 30 min walk.
