From the lobby, you can just walk through the basement and then up to rooms. The dryer in the basement doesn’t have a vent hooked up and is a fire hazard.

I liked the capsule aspect. I like that the building was mostly secure.

Just if you get the solo room, you going to listen the street noice and is a lot of people screaming but it is what it is. But besides was a nice stay!

Everything was good! Good conditions, easy check in, kind staff, nice room, for short stay is perfect. Location is the best

While central, the area around the property was one of the worst I've experienced. Breakfast wasn't the best quality, seemed as if the food had been put out a few times (granted they offer 3.5hrs for breakfast and this was 2.5hrs in)

Central location, security was good, friendly and helpful staff. Price was good value for money compared to similar properties (apartment ~£50 per night)

* Prices were absurd during a conference time! * No Soap / No Shower gel in shower room! * You take shower and bathroom drainage blocks, your feet swims 2 Inches deep of water. * Per number of guest, toilets/shower rooms are very less on each floor. * Rooms are not clean, smells saggy like dated rice room. This was my 6th Time and it’s getting expensive and horrible each time.

The location was in the street where a lot of strange people were. On the night, a lot of people were screaming so loud at the middle of night for no reasons

I like the way they affordable for all the backpackers or for someone who just stays a night. Very recommended, but sadly the place not so strategic for long term stays cause the streets kinda scaring.

I will be honest, This hostel 5 elements, The location is wonderful and the reception staff, are also welcoming and kind, The breakfast is also so good, Only one thing I didn't like, but I believe it's over the hostel responsibility, there are few kinds of people, who are not respectful, I know and understand that arrival depends on people's travel, but those who arrived at night, should be polite, many nights I couldn't sleep, due to bad behavior of some people, imagine at midnight, someone comes inside the room, like it's 15,00 pm , I hope the whole hostel, finds something to reduce such bad behavior Except this, everything was well 💕

The neighborhood is a bit shady but that is Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel. You can’t do much about it.

The capsule was quite clean. The rooms were not noisy. It’s possible to get a good night’s sleep. The location is right next to the central station

There's a lot of questionable people around (outside the hostel) at night and early morning , like drug users, mentally unstable people that invade your space and people breaking bottles. So as a woman, it made me feel a little worried that I may get harassed at night or very early in the morning. I power walked my way to the station at 6 am.

I like how very close it is to the train station like a 2 minute walk. I was able to sleep in the capsule so I can wake up early for my flight. The capsules do a decent job at lowering the outside noise.

It's too hot inside the room, the quarter is noisy and don't feel safe on the night. Isn't your fault but I shared my room with 3 peoples snoring as hell so I didn't slept all night. Don't know is it's possible to make rooms only for those kind of peoples but maybe would he nice to think about solutions for this kind of issue. The locker under my bed were broken so I couldn't lock my personal stuff and get a bit stressed with this.
