Location is great, facilities are what you require for a weekend out in Dusseldorf.

Same as most hotels everywhere,they clean the room every two days for the environment. However they did not share this information during the check-in and therefore, they didn't offer the option to clean it everyday if I wanted.

The staff, the breakfast and the common area were great. Room has everything and the price for the quality and service is beyond expectations

There was no electric kettle but I had my own so not a problem

Very close to Altstadt, small but very clean room with necessary facilities. The staff was also kind and nice (I needed umbrella and I was given one for entire stay). In the room and bathroom there was enough of shelves/hangers and space for personal belongings

A little bit more effort can be paid to cleaning up, specifically behind the bathroomsink. Though this is definitely nitpicking.

Very very friendly staff, accomodating and looking to help wherever possible. Clean rooms, with all of the necessary equipment. Furthermore the breakfast at that price is unbeatable!

- Some noise between 11pm and midnight which sounded like mildly angry water pipes. Not sure if this was just a ground floor room issue though. - A couple of in-room amenities like kettle for hot water and some coffee/tea bags would have been nice (but not a deal breaker).

- Good location with a park nearby and a convenient 15 minute walk to the city centre. - Room was a little tight (around the bed and desk area) which required a bit of creative maneuvering but overall very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

I had a quiet room facing the courtyard, but people were smoking there and smoke went directly to the room, which was unpleasant. Fortunately they didn't smoke in the night, so I could sleep with an opened window :)

Very nice and cozy hotel! Location is perfect, walking distance to the old town and central shopping street, next to a beautiful park Hofgarten. Room was cozy and very clean! Staff helpful and breakfast tasty and with great variety of options.

It felt like our booking has been messed up. We asked for four rooms (7p.) close to each other and got offered only one room at the check-in. After some talking we got four rooms, which were two hotel rooms and two "appartements" 250m away in a kind of residential building. Hotelrooms were great, appartements were okay. It was frustrating to be seperated and to have spent the same money on very different quality of rooms. The service was friendly but a little confused. One of the hotel rooms had a very narrow and high step to take on a very slippery showertray and nothing but a towel-rod to hold on to. The beds were good but a little narrow. Mattresses ranged from hard to very soft.

The rooms were comfortable, the hotelroom was very beautiful, quiet and comfy. Very clean and modern.
