Unfortunately, the WiFi left much to be desired - the signal was a bit weak to participate in a videoconference, for example.

My stay at this hotel was good. The staff was friendly and kind. Even though my room was small, it was very clean. The location is perfect - the main attractions are within walking distance.

The cleaning ladies entered twice in 2 different days when we were in the room, not clear to do what - and the room was closed from the inside. The room was already been done. Not really nice.

Location in the centre, a bar downstairs very nice if you don’t want to go out in the evening. Clean and freshly renovated.

Got room on first floor facing the street, which was a little bit noisy and somewhat exposed. The street was not super noisy at night, and we slept with window partially open without issue.

Clean and minimal room, exactly what we were looking for in 1 night layover in Munich. Good location: few minutes walk from Isartor station and a few more to Munich old city. Very nice coffee place across the street.

Water and coffee service in the lobby in the mornings was hit-or-miss. Staff was friendly but a few were minimally informed for basic requests. Bathroom soap/shampoo could be higher quality - found it to be drying on the hands and body. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

It was freezing in Munich and I couldn't figure out the heating so this is more about me as I should have asked the first day but rushing in and out over Christmas kept slipping my mind, so I was cold most of the time. The room has underfloor heating with the dial just inside the door which if you didn't know you would miss, but it might also be that the hotel either leave a note in the room or advise you when you check in. I like a hot shower in the morning and while the basin had hot water the shower was luke warm. Nothing life threatening but if this was right it would have been a 10

The location was perfect as it was in the right part of town to be close to the friend's I was visiting. Isator Station is a 3 min walk away with a direct connection to Munich AIrport a €13 trip which takes 35 min or you can taxi it and save 10 mins (subject to traffic of course) at around €120 which if solo doesn't make sense and the city centre a 5 min walk. It seems it has been recently renovated and a job well done, the room works perfectly and the aesthetic is clean and contemporary with quality finishes and fixtures. Breakfast, I only took breakfast one morning as everything in Munich was closed and the offer had everything you would want and again good quality and well presented in a comfortable well designed bar area.

Great location, really easy to walk to all the sights! If you're coming from the airport you can easily get one train and the stop is only a few minutes away from the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean, tidy and enough space for a comfortable stay
