The bathroom could be better managed.

The hotel is not in the center but it is well connected. The room was good and the personel availability was good. A bus station is just 80mt from the hotel and you have very diverse food options around the hotel. A little snack is available every day. This is very well appreaciated like also a bottle of water and the free coffee in the room.

Facilities are great and modern, location was good for us as we were visiting friends nearby. Staff was also kind, they arranged a crib for my baby and everything was super clean.

One of my favorite hotels. Spacious rooms, quiet. Especially delicious breakfast..pancakes, salmon, various baked goods. Free parking is available at the hotel

The parking fee wasn't advertised well on the booking. It wasn't a bad price, but would have liked to know ahead of time what the cost would be.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was easy to get into and not too far from transport to downtown Berlin.

Berlin has become a dreadful place; there are probably no safe and clean areas left in the city. Piles of trash and excrement are everywhere. Public transportation is either delayed or on strike. The winter grayness only accentuates the hopelessness and decay.

Breakfast was wonderful and delicious, especially on weekends. The room was very clean and warm (in winter). Personnel - very good.

Absolutely dog friendly! They have a blanket and 2 bowls, one full with dog food and one with water. A warm welcome for my dog!

The location was perfect, lot’s of parking spaces available in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant around the corner with good food and prices.

There is a problem with the hotel car park ticket machine, it shows full even though there is free space. We were lucky to find another park nearby during the heavy rain. I'm surprised to see that there are still hotels with such bad internet connection in year 2023.

I was not expecting but it turned out to be quite nice stay and the location. Room was large enough for 2 adults and a kid. Breakfast was good with options. Street parking is free and if you don’t find it in the evening, park it next door grocery store ‘Netto’ parking. There are few restaurants nearby, mcdonalds 2 mins walk, pizza place and a bus stop. Overall, Great stay and highly recommended.

There are some annoying lights in the room at night coming for the TV and a small wall monitoring system. This tends to be unsettling well trying to sleep.

Value for money, good selection of places to eat nearby. easy connection to major arterial roads leading to the city centre and attractions. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly. Perhaps there could be a better selection of snacks and finger foods in the bar ... Breakfast was excellent.

Wifi was available and successful. A password was not required, which felt slightly vulnerable.

Very comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were lovely and I thought the attention to pillows was an especially nice touch.
