The table was a little dusty, I had to clean it myself before placing anything there. Also, some of the bedsheet items had holes in them, which was not critical but spoiled a good impression.

The hotel is located close to the main station, it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. I liked that it was convenient to work in the room: the table was spacious enough, the sockets were located well for charging my laptop, and the wifi connection was good enough for meetings. The large bed was comfy for rest. The shower was pleasant and clean.

I did not like the hard beds and breakfast. Unfortunately, at breakfast, the dishes that have run out were replenished very poorly and slowly. There was a moment when the breakfast pancakes ran out before we arrived, and new ones were brought almost frozen.

The staff was excellent, willing to help and advise. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to the metro.

breakfast was good but the variety is not enough for a long stay, every day the same choices. Its better the breakfast should have different menus for every day. The hotel was clean but could be even better, the facility were quite used. Also the amenities very not replenished and there was no water cooker in the room.

From central station easy to reach, its connected to streetcar, bus and subway. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good restaurants near by. The area was quiet and comfortable as per description. Thank you.

I really have little to complain about since the facility was already very nice and well-organized. The only thing that really bothered me was the chef who prepared breakfast; from the beginning to the end of our breakfasts, he stared at us in an unsettling manner as if he didn't want us to have breakfast and checked every move we made. The only thing that was missing, but it wasn't a problem for us since it was quite cool during the period we visited Munich, is the air conditioning in the room.

The reception was very welcoming, well-prepared, and proved to be very helpful with suggestions for places to visit or restaurants to enjoy local cuisine. The room was lovely and well cleaned, equipped with essentials like towels, a hairdryer, and soap; the only thing missing was slippers. The buffet breakfast was very good, catering to all cravings. The on-site parking was very convenient and well-organized overall. Additionally, it's located very close to the metro, just a mere 50 meters away. We were overly satisfied with the hotel, and it was very affordable for the quality they offer.

The location is in 2 min from the metro. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The rood was simple and clean. The breakfast was standard with a good list of options.

hello! I liked everything about the accommodation, clean, modern and comfortable. the staff are very kind. It's perfect being just 80m from the train station, getting to and from tourist attractions is very practical and quick! I recommend.

Upon booking, I had asked for a shower chair in my room, and it was promised, I would have it. However, it was missing when I arrived. I guess nobody warned colleagues at the reception/ housekeeping. I was a little annoyed. The chair was brought to me after my request when I arrived, so in the end the issue was settled.

The connection to the city sights is comfortable and fast. There are grocery shops nearby. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly.

There is no reception, you need to go to the other hotel, it’s not far, but they could inform the guest in advance, especially when it’s raining…. Cleaning could be better! Isolation is not so good, you can hear other guests. On the last day the lift wasn’t working. I won't stay there anymore.

It was surprising that the hotel didn't inform about the constructions and that the accomodation took place in the other hotel in advance. Positive that it was next to the "original" hotel.

Parking was unavailable so it was anoying searching for it through the city after 5 hour drive. Slow response to my inquiry via Booking messages.

Personally, given everything else was great, I wish there'd been a kettle with hot drink facilities in the room. Also, a little further out of town than I would have liked but that was reflected in the price. Only 4 or 5 stops from the main station but I didn't realise how long you would have to wait between trains!

Nice hotel with friendly staff and cheap coffee/hot chocolate machine (and free hot water for basic tea and coffee) in the lobby with an area you could sit and plan your trip, work a bit etc. Also option to buy a beer or similar to take up to your room. Friendly staff, clean room. Fridge. Bath instead of just a shower, which I love. Also very near the Westpark parkrun on Saturday, if you like that sort of thing.

Water air cooler instead of air conditioning. The front door was locked and we had to go to another building to check in and out.

We were accomodated in a sister hotel next to main Rivoli Hotel. It was a bit dated. The price was not justified at all but during Octoberfest the hotels in Munich are all overpriced.

Metro access, comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathroom, easy check in. The neighborhood is very lively.
