The hotel feels swanky and a bit more upscale than you would expect at the price. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were spacious (by European standards).

The drinks were very expensive, in fact most expensive in the area. We were not aware of the work and maintenance going on in the hotel when we checked in and this sort of disrupted our stay as they started work most of the mornings we were there at like 7:45am which was loud...the bar was shut as well for 2 nights as the fridge wasn't working and we weren't able to get drinks those nights.

The room was great and so were the staff! The bar was also good.

The bathroom with toilet was not really separated from the bedroom, but rather in the bedroom. This caused the toilet odeurs to get into the bedroom.

at time of check out receptionist need to be more polite and have better manners when residents are checking out, so particularly I found the person that check me out a bit rude

The room we booked, despite paying extra for an upgrade, felt more like a standard hotel room really but it was nice. Our ground-floor accommodation boasted a small 'balcony,' but it we cpuldnt sit outside. While the coffee machine was a pleasant addition, there was no milk supplied. Although a paid mini-bar was available, including some complimentary items like biscuits would have been a nice touch. Television options were limited to just one English news channel, and we couldn't cast to it, resorting to Netflix on our phones instead. Unfortunately, being on the ground floor exposed us to noise from the room above. Although the bed was comfortable, the provision of separate single duvets for a double bed was odd. Breakfast was OK, with lots of options but more hot options would have been nice. The narrow cleaning window (before 9 am) meant we missed the opportunity for room service while we were at the gym or breakfast. Offering an afternoon cleaning option while guests are out would have been good. The bar prices were quite expensive and there was no restaraunt which wasnt a major problem as there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. A quieter seating area away from the noisy bar where you can sit sonewhere other than your room and read might be nice.

The hotel itself was really beautiful especially the bar. I really liked that there was a little gym and that it was right next to our room. The staff were very friendly and polite. The location was amazing, so close to the centre and nice restaurants.

They were a bit mean on teas and coffee wouldn't even give you a bottle of water . Made up room didn't replace the teabags we used .

At arrival we were told at reception that if we need our room cleaned we need to put the “Please clean the room” sign on the door handle before 9:00 o’clock. Since we were staying for 3 nights and we werw on vacation we wanted to sleep in until 09:30 - 10:00. So we put the sign at that time and like we were said nobody cleaned our room for 4 days. So I find this really strange because we saw the maids were cleaning upon afternoon but seems like you have to put this sign early. So our bin was full on the first night and we stayed with it for 2 more nights. It was not OK.

They had renovations happening on the floor we were staying so was a bit loud and woke us up. Thats fine but the hotel didnt seem to be at capacity and they could have put us on different floor. Appreciate this is not a common occurence though.

Very noisy at night. Also the fridge was really noisy in the room which kept waking us up.

Location was good however very noisy due to the nightclub opposite so lots of shouting. Reception staff were really good and helpful but housekeeping was poor. No replenishment of shower gel despite leaving the bottle out to show empty and the last guests coat was left in the room. The room however was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Charging to use the coffee maker in the room. The door to the bathroom in the room cannot be locked & is made a frosted glass that slides over - the handle is a hole that you can see in through - just a bit weird.

The hotel is in a great location for picking up the metro or train or walking into the city. The room and bathroom we had was very spacious with comfortable seating. We didn't really need heating but the system allowed us to control the temperatures well There are plenty of places to eat nearby

We were a little disappointed that the safe and the room phone was not working when we arrived. After notifying the reception they did not send anyone up to look at it even after saying they would. The staff we spoke to was a little cold and seemed annoyed. After speaking to them a second time a more senior staff member came up and fixed the safe on the second day.

The Room was really stunning and we loved the decor, space and cosiness of it. We absolutely loved our 5 night stay. We wished the breakfast would finish at 11 instead of 10 but apart from that we loved the breakfast and the amount of choice that was on offer. It was also very delicious. Very appreciative of the umbrellas we were able to borrow when we went out. The location of the hotel was also fantastic.

Our shower was stuck at a slightly awkward angle and we couldn’t seem to adjust it, this was the only (and a minor) inconvenience.

The building itself was beautiful, and the bar by the lobby was gorgeous to sit and have a drink. The location was great, we walked everywhere but they also offer bikes!
