I know the hostel doesn’t have the full control of the ones using the rooms but my experience was just not the best with the women i shared the room with. Room was dirty when i got there. Emptied alcohol bottles on the sink, and it is just impossible to use the sink. Woke up during the night since the other girl brought a guy in the room that was supposed to be for all women. Must remember not to expect the most comfiest since sharing with other guests as well.

Smell of urine from the bathroom was vile. My god never smelled anything so bad. Even sprayed room with deodorant and put a towel over the floor vent to get rid of it. Daughter refused to use bathroom or even brush her teeth smell was so bad .. I get it's a hostel and she was young to be taking but I couldn't get anywhere else to stay cheaply for 1 night.

Fine for overnight pitstop as adult .had a teenager with me so was bit noisy for her at night. So not really family orientated but it is a hostel ! Location was very good though and from my perspective the vibe was great and relaxed and I was surprised how clean the streets were in the morning after them being so busy the night before.

There is no kitchen available and during check-in a huge line formed which blocked the exit door in the bar/reception area. The lockers to store baggage prompt you to enter a code, but only once, which might become an issue if you enter something you didn't want. Also they had electric heaters on the outside of the building running all day while it was 15°C outside which is just a waste of energy and very environmentally unfriendly.

Very good location, cheap and using a code to get inside the building and rooms is very convenient.

bathrooms were really gross and there was only 3 stalls for a floor with lots of people. beds had no AC very hot. no storage area to put your bags or drawers to keep your item safe so you had to sleep with them in your bed with you

One sink for the whole stock is not enough. Sometimes you have to wait in a queue to use the sink! The sink also didn't drain properly. The lockers are relatively expensive. Generally, it could have been cleaner.

The capsule was spacious and ultra-comfortable. There are lockers to keep your luggage. The location is excellent. Metro/ Tivoli Gardens and the Royal Library all are within 10 min walk.

Would be great to have a little more privacy for beds and more than 2 toilets and 3 showers for each floor.

Everything is in walking distance and easy to reach. The room was big enough for 8 people. I haven't used any of the bar services but it was crowded with people at night, so i guess it's enjoyable.

In the comments, they said there are hair dryer in all the rooms. But actually not all the rooms has the hair dryer. And even they don’t have more hair dryer to borrow.

It’s pretty good value of money to just have some place to sleep with good position in the city.

In my room was broken washbasin and all time it was pouring out of, accordingly, the room had an unpleasant smell because of it and it felt damp

The keys pads were a bit temperamental and it was hard to remember the codes (I ended up with two different ones, purely my own fault though due to a booking error), so had to walk around everywhere, even to the bathroom, with a bit of paper with the code on in case I got locked out. I was also hoping to have a breakfast downstairs, but they had stopped serving food while I was there, even dinner in the evening. There were also meant to be lots of events on, but they didn't really seem to be happening from what I could see, maybe because it was out of season?

I'm not sure if I was upgraded but I booked a single capsule/pod, and when I opened it, it was the size of a double bed in side, which was perfect for me and my small suitcase. I could sit up, lay on my back and put my legs straight up in the air, there was a mirror, fan and light. I was extremely comfortable in here. I thought I might here the person above me moving around at night, but I didn't really. I love that I could lock my stuff away in the pod during the day as well.

I was on the first floor and you could hear the music until really late at night, so take earplugs !

Really good location to visit the city. The room had lockers (bring your own lock) and the bed was ok, I slept well. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean. If you are not a party person, fyi rooms are in the building just near. So you can have your own life. You can rent a locker before check in or after check out (not free)
