The taps in the toilets stopped working after a few seconds and we would have to switch to a different tap. They would start working again after a short break but it was a little frustrating. The toilets were very clean and had lovely hot water for showers :)

The location was very good for us, close to the city via bus but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

I didn't like the pillows (synthepon lumps) and blankets (heavy), as well as the lack of glasses in the room (only in the common kitchen, where it didn't smell very good).

The hostel is located near the center, it is easy to get there by bus. Small rooms, heat up quickly. The exit from the room immediately leads to the terrace, on which it was easy to place two baby carriages. Friendly staff.

We were satisfied with the accommodation Good value for money. The place in the park, really calmer, near the city center. :-) Really good was the kitchen with fridge.

Would probably go for shaded bathroom again but that’s a personal preference. Facilities were very clean and comfortable.

Very lovely location and surrounding . Beds very comfortable. Easy to reach from town yet feels far away from everything.

Having to rent the bedding is the only thing I didn't like. We were happy with everything else!

The location was excellent. Situated in a beautiful quiet forest area ideal for refreshing nature walks and close to the seaside which was lovely. It was also close to the city centre, a walkable distance from the main attractions. The free WiFi was excellent and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good (not a hot cooked meal) but fresh warm bread with a selection of delicious spreads and toppings with tea and coffee for an additional price if you choose this option. It also has a nice kitchen with cookware and tableware should you choose to make your own meals. You'll have to get your own food supplies. A really lovely low budget place to stay ideal for families with children as there are games and sports activities available to lend for free or rent. A tuck shop selling snacks and drinks is available on site but opens at certain hours of the day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, also through messages via Booking. The location is awesome and there was a nice big kitchen and outside sitting area. The room and shower/bathroom were not the cleanest, but it was okay.

Rooms could be more cosy... But after all, it's an hostel!

Just outside the city, perfectly connected by buses. 20 Min walking to the university. Quiet, relaxing, natura, restorativel. I was there for meetings and it felt like being on holiday. The breakfast pavilion is amazing. The staff is friendly

Perfect location in the middle of a beautiful coastside park, yet at walking distance from Aarhus city centre. Very clean room with adequate space and its own bathroom with great shower. The use of a modern and well equipped kitchen is included in the price. Reasonable rates (for Denmark). We usually don't stay in hostels (we're a middle aged couple...) and booked this hostel because it was the only accommodation we found that was still reasonably affordable. But we were pleasantly surprised and would return here even if we would not be on a budget.

Maybe a little more fruit for breakfast. Rooms was veeeery small. Also, in the room, there was a closet w space for hanging clothes. But no hangers, so if one does not bring hangers then no use for the closet. Would also need some hooks for the same reason. We slept 4 people in the same room, so we had chaos after 3 min. That would have helped.

Breakfast very good! Not luxurious but def everything one can wish for and all tasted superb! Great w football and playground outside, and that they had football to borrow in rec.

    - not allowed to bring your own drinks. The hostel sells beer and wine at the reception, but the reception is closed at night, so if you want a late drink - you are out of luck. There is also not much to choose from, so no posibility to enjoy what you want. Never had this issue at any other hotel... -not allowed to eat in the room, therefore hard to relax when you have to always sneak around, because admit it - a hotel is your home for a short time, and you want to feel free to do what you want as long as you leave the room clean at the time of check out.🙂

-it is in the city and in nature at the same time. -nice kitchet and the common room.

We didn't know we should take our own bed linen, so we needed to pay extra for it and the check out is a bit early (10h) while the check inn is at 16h.

The attention from the person at the reception was very kind, the room and bathroom super clean and the breakfast excellent. Also the place is nice to enjoy with family or friends, surrounded by nature and close to the city :)

The cleanliness of the showers and washing sinks leave much to be desired. The drains were constantly clogged, which made the process of washing very unpleasant. In the kitchen, the tenants used the same sponges and kitchen towels for their dishes, which in my opinion violates the rules of hygiene.

A nice place. Nearby is a beautiful forest for walking and the sea. There is a kitchen with modern kitchen equipment. Friendly and polite staff.
