We loved the bar, it was so comfortable for breakfast and afternoon and evening drinks. The interior design was amazing ! Without exception, the staff were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. There was in particular lady who served us at breakfast everyday ( tall, young slim and dark hair) who stood out for us. The room was small but adequate for four nights and had all we needed. Very central location close to some fantastic restaurants. The receptionist gave us some great recommendations for dinner in the Meatpacking District and Verdaemensveg. Overall a brilliant stay. Highly recommend Grand Joanne and would stay here again.

Only complaint was I ordered eggs benny at breakfast and it had something sweet in it that maybe I missed on the menu but it wasn’t needed

From the moment we stepped in the door we knew Grand Joanne was a slice of heaven in the heart of the city. The decor and music set a relaxing sophisticated vibe and I loved it immediately.

Good location - 2 minute walk from central train station and walking distance from shops and attractions. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with lovely shower. Room equipped with kettle, steamer and good hairdryer. Luggage storage available free of charge. Staff were lovely.

The room around the bed was really tight and room not that spacious. Have paid same prices in other large cities for a much larger room but it was ok for our requirements

The full breakfast was very expensive. We chose instead just an egg dish which was a very strange mixture of egg and a sweet topping. Not nice to eat. We would have preferred the buffet choice - croissant, bread, meat and no hot course.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was an excellent bathroom with a very good shower. The bar area and sitting room were both welcoming. Staff were brilliant- really friendly, helpful and fully professional.

The room was small, but functional, the lighting was a bit poor, as was the storing space. No real desk to work on.

The staff was friendly, location is good (next to train/bus station and in walking distance from city center. Room was small, but functional. Some things (like lighting options) might have a slight update.

I only had breakfast one day as it was quite expensive for me. But on top of the buffet price i was charged extra for 2 coffees. I would expect drinks to be included.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the food at the restaurant. I thought the breakfast was a bit underwhelming and my dinner was not satisfying. I think there are good things on the dinner menu but I choose items that were not as well prepared as I would have liked.

The property was well appointed, very clean, and well located. It is right next to the central rail station but you would never know it was so close. The hotel was quiet so noise was never a factor and there was no concern for safety as there sometimes can be in a location so close to a main travel artery.

The breakfast was tasty but the offer felt weird - you can't just order the buffet/"continental" on its on, you have to pay the equivalent of 34 euros for the buffet plus an a la carte dish. I'd have just liked the buffet and paid a little less.

Such a gorgeous, stylish hotel with great ambiance and friendly staff. Room was lovely with great features. Very compact but well designed and felt spacious. So comfortable. Great location right next to the station, and easy walk or bus to most places of interest.

Very little room to manoeuvre due to room size. But this could just be Copenhagen. No bottled water supplied in the room.

We noticed the hotel ambience the moment we stepped in. It was such a good feeling. The location was excellent from our perspective, very near to the train station and city centre. Reception staff were also very helpful.

We were in room 115, and during the night, we could hear music play from somewhere. Like, you could hear the bassline. But there was nothing to be heard outside, the bar downstairs was closed and the room above us was quiet as well. Staff tried to help, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from either. Weird. Guess we'll never find out.

Noises from water pipes, little bit annoying.

Excellent location. Room was very comfortable. All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel well presented and very clean. The interior is very beautiful, The hotel is very easy to reach from the main station and a great starting point to explore the city. Breakfast variety and quality - impressive, delicous bread!
