The lightning in the room needs improvement.

The room was nice, quiet and clean. The hotel is close to the train station, metro, supermarket. The main attractions are at a walking distance. There were coffee shops nearby and a nice park.

Rooms are right next to the train tracks so they could use better sound proofing. I was also able to hear people in the room next or above mine (talking, snoring)

The room, the train side, was very noisy. There were earplugs in the room, but if you are sensitive to noise, I’d like to recommend spending extra money to book another room.

The location of the hotel was very good. Also, the station and mart were located right across from each other, so accessibility was good.

The room was a bit small. There was not enough storage in the bathroom. I've booked 4 nights and was surprised not to have the cleaning service once.

The hotel is really nice and the staff very helpful and available. The metro station is close. The area is quiet and 25 minutes walking from the center of Copenhagen.

With the train station being right across the street, you will be woken up by the trains constantly throughout the night/early morning. The bathrooms were a bit small, but not awful!

The hotel was pretty and well-kept/clean! The staff were nice, and the rooms were a good size. The location was great as well. There is a train station across the street, so it is easy to get around.

Excellent location, very nice staff, was able to get my room at 9:00 already. Room was at the side of the railway tracks, but the sound isolation is so good that I did not hear the trains moving at all. Breakfast is good. Overall, very good price-quality ratio for Copenhagen.

My only comment would be, the family room would have felt very small after a couple of days.

Good budget hotel, with great train links to airport and city. Can also walk to city easily. The family room was great for us but we only stayed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

WiFi is very poor and slow - streaming is a challenge and chrome cast fails because of the poor wifi. Why is it so slow? Rooms don’t have a fridge which seems like an odd omission given everything else that is provided

Great location by Østerport station which has a direct train to the airport. Very clean and comfortable room. Gym.

This is ideal if you are not coming by car - as we did not see parking at hotel and it is tricky - if not impossible to stop in front of the hotel. There is some parking within walking distance (paid).

We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Room was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interesting look over the trains. The noise from trains was little and did not bother us.

We were a bit shocked to come back to our room on the second day and find it hadn't been cleaned. No one told us we had to hang the card on the door handle if we wanted it cleaned. Once we knew, we put out the card the next day, but we should have been warned it would not be cleaned otherwise.

The room and bathroom were pleasant. Nothing special - just what you'd normally expect in a hotel at that price.

They don’t make up your room daily. It didn’t bother me. However, I would have appreciated instant coffee deliveries (stayed there for 3 nights). Didn’t ask at the reception.

This hotel is located literally over the rails of the Østerport Railway Station. Train, metro, busses, and taxis right in your backyard, so it is easy to commute to and from the Hotel. However, it means that you hear trains pass by your window regularly during daytime, and occasionally during the night. If you have difficulty to sleep when there is some noise, this hotel may not be for you (however they place earplugs beside your bed for your comfort). I liked it; it was like sleeping on Agatha Christies Oriental Express. You can check in and out and open the door lock to your room via an app. Very convenient and it worked just fine.
