The price was high and not reflected the value. Room was renovated and was fine, but overall it was a simple room with a nice view and no breakfast for more than 150€ per night.

The doona on the beds is really too warm for summer. The room itself was also too warm. That seems to be a Scandinavian habit. Makes it difficult to sleep.

Conveniently located. We enjoyed the guest lounge for pre-dinner snacks. There was a Nespresso machine for coffee. Breakfast had a good range of foods.

The interior and rooms are a bit clinical and impersonal. The reception is only manned in the mornings so you have to check in by yourself, which adds to a slightly "motel" feel.

Lovely green surroundings outside Thisted. We enjoyed a good breakfast on the porch outside the restaurant, as the weather was good. There's a nice unspoilt pebble beach below the hotel.

The reception was closed, when I arrived 10 PM (22:00). There was a message that the key was in an envelope, but at first glance I could not find it. However after talking to other guests I found the envelope and the code to the night door. This information would be nice to have BEFORE arrival.

The Location is excellent just outside Thisted City and located by the sea (Limfjorden) a stones throw from the hotel. There is free parking with plenty of space. Rooms are pretty big with double bed private bathroom with shower and a small space to sit and work. It´s nice, clean and quiet in the evening and at night. Free WIFI worked well in the room and in at the breakfast buffet.

No facilities to make a hot drink. Once breakfast was over (included in price of room) that was it. Had a vending machine with cold drinks.

It was so peaceful and the setting was fantastic if you are looking to get away from it all. Right by the water with awesome views. Saw a wild deer run across the lawn into the shrubbery during breakfast.

The furniture including beds was of minimal quality. The beds had cheap floating mattresses that kept moving out of position and were way too soft. The bathroom had minimal facilities and accessories such as soaps and the decor was cheap and minimal. There were fruit flies coming out of the shower drain.

The breakfast was quite limited as was the menu for dinner. I don't like fish but out of the 3 dinner choices, 2 were fish and 1 was not available. Starters also contained fish. What really gave me the reason for a "passable" review, is that the people in the room next to me were very noisy the two nights I was staying there. Door was constantly slamming from visitors and they were shouting and making a lot of noise. This can happen, but when I tried to confront hotel staff, they were nowhere to be found, reception was closed off with no way to exit the hotel and my message via Booking.com was unanswered. As I had a 15hour drive the next day, sleep was of the essence. This was really disappointing.

Hotel was clean and plenty parking space available. For the rest, it served breakfast and dinner and had somewhere you could buy drinks. The view was also nice over the bay.

For breakfast, more selection. For our room, it was very very basic.

The location was good. The breakfast wasn't replenished, so if we didn't come to breakfast until 9:30 there wasn't a good selection. Good breakfast on our last day when there were more travellers, seemed to have more of a selection then.

Everything was great.

In my opinion this hotel has to low rating (6.5). Staff is very helpful and nice, location is just perfect with astonishing view. It takes just to go few meters down to the beautiful beach. Breakfast was perfect, I specially liked honeycombs. Standard room, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

The lady at breakfast (black hair) was very nice, we didn't have a light when we came and she immediately send repairman to fix it. Also she was making sure that we feel fine, serving breakfast. They have alot of food to choose, good coffee, jam and cheese. Everything was perfect, staff very nice and we will come back again.

the hotel looks outdated, there was no light on the ceiling anymire, the door to the bathroom was old and swollen on the bottom end by moisture.
