It´s normal, as you are in the city center, but the rooms are slightly at the small side.

This hotel is located in the center of the city, ideal to explore the city either walking, or with a rental bike (We used the bikes in front of the hotel, but they have rental bikes at the hotel too if you want to rent one for a whole day). The staff was very polite and welcoming, both at the reception as in the breakfast area. The breakfast was top quality with a lot of home made specialities.

Rooms were a little small but that is to be expected in many European hotels.

We loved the clean lines/layout and stylish but minimal decor. We enjoyed the lounge area, even down to eating our picnic-style dinners bought at the grocery store but eaten there in the lounge and playing cards for as long as we liked.

We felt that the room was very overpriced. We did not choose the cheapest room. It was so small and was overlooked by apartments next door looking directly into room. We think price should reflect these downsides.

Our window faced a wall where construction was underway. Not too noisy, but not very pretty. Breakfast was $40 Canadian. Too steep.

I thought I bought the breakfast included option but apparently I didn’t. They said this happens a lot from people who use booking.com so it could be how it was written or something. Not sure what happened- could have been my mistake. But not a complaint- the food was amazing!

The location was perfect. Close walk to everything. It was calm and quiet. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were very kind and helpful. We loved the whole ambiance.

There public lounge areas are by the reception and not very appealing. The room is a bit on the expensive side.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main port district. Rather quiet on the waterfront with fresh air and seagulls. Room was fine, would definitely stay there again.

There’s no air-conditioner in the room (only a small fan) and it was really hot during my stay, so sometimes it was difficult to be in the room or to sleep. I also think the curtains should be improved, as too much sun was getting into the room in the morning (sunrise is early)

The location is great, walk-distance to all the interesting places, near to bus/metro stops. The hotel is really pretty inside, amazing breakfast! Staff very friendly, in the reception and in the breakfast service as well.

Close to lots of fun food and bars but far enough from the tourist crowds in Nyhavn. Rental bikes on property were a big plus.
