Location was slightly further out from the main area of Tallinn but we could walk to the main sights in 20-30 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay here during our trip around the baltics. Our room was lovely and big, bed was comfortable and room facilities were good. Breakfast was also good and varied. Very close to the port for getting the ferry to Helsinki and lots of nice coffee shops nearby.

I was surprised that in 4 star hotel missing elementary stuff like slippers or vanity kit. Kind of not nice to walk barefoot from the shower etc. Was expecting at least that elementary things for that price.

We opted for a sea view room which was sea view just for name sake as you get to see only an inch of sea from the window but the view itself was not that bad.

Very good and clean hotel with delicious breakfasts. 15 min walk from the old town and 5 min to the port. Relaxing view on the harbor and the sound of the sea and seagulls.

Room exactly as shown on photos. Very spacious room with a minimalist scandic design. Large enough tv screen. Very fast checkin process. During a good wather, the room with a sea view can is also be a sunset view window until the sun goes under the new building across the dock area. Clean, comfortable and and they tidy up our room everyday. Breakfast food is all you can ask for in a breaksfast. Spacious breakfast area . Very well staffed breakfast. Friendly and efficient people behind the reception desk. Very short walking distance to the ferry dock even if you have a big luggage. You can get though the mall to get to the Tallink Ferry Terminal D. Shopping centre infront of it with a very big RIMI supermarket. Old town is a few minutes walk away. Hotel bar is open till late. We feel safe walking there and back to the pubs and restaurants in town even late at night. An honest staffed hotel. They called me to inform me that they found my lost credit card.

The room was a bit too cold for me and the air conditioning was way too loud all the time.

The breakfast was great, good coffee. Bed was comfortable, the mattress not too soft, not too hard and the pillow also firm enough to rest your head in a good position. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

Everything was OK

The room was really comfortable and spacious, bed was ok (someone might feel it hard, I prefer it). The breakfast was fabulous. There is a construction place now around the hotel (new tram line under construction), so it is a little bit difficult to get to the city on foot, but not a big problem. It is close to the harbour and the hotel allows dogs. Good parking space.

The food quality is not very high. The room furniture is basic as sanitary equipment in the bathroom

The staff is polite and efficient. Breakfast proposes a good food assortment. Gym for training is well equipped and functional. The room is large. I found also slippers. The distance from the center isn't a great problem, not more 10/15 minutes. Moreover you can walk in a new district, very interesting

Quick check-in, comfortable bed, the window opens (this is important for me), there is the possibility of fresh air, although the room already has a good climate. Everything is convenient, thought out, comfortable, wonderful staff, the room is very clean and quiet, good sound insulation. Great location. This hotel have a restaurant. Nearby is a shopping center.
