Minor stuff that prevents me giving it a perfect score: annoying light in the hall way of my mini apartment that turns on and off automatically and cannot be disabled. Windows open only partially (annoying during hot summer night). Fix this and it will be 10/10.

Amazing location, you can feel the energy of the place, very walkable right next to main point of interest. Comfortable rooms and bed, I liked that my room was actually a mini apartment. I would stay here again.

Small space compared to apartment style accommodation and no breakfast compared to hotels. Sink was too low. Bathroom is a bit small

The Kuursaal is in a beautiful setting within the castle park and only minutes away from a lively street in the centre of Kuressaare with many restaurants. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy and we had a wonderful time. The Ku-kuu fish restaurant in the same building is highly recommended. Free parking across the street.

It’s a so nice, quiet and lovely place in front of the castle, with a very good restaurant. It’s the very best hotel in Kuressaare!!! I enjoyed my permanence so relaxing! Room very large and comfortable!!!

Situated in the park opposite the castle and above a restaurant. Minutes only from bus stops, old town, churches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet and cozy.

Location perfect in the castle park, room number one view on the castle. Calm and quiet. Small fridge, Air conditioning, TV, wide bed. Lots of room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast through the restaurant or something would’ve been great.

Hotel in a historic building in a park right opposite the castle. Good communication, answered all questions, fulfilled all requests. The room has a small fridge, electric kettle, tea and coffee. Mattress and pillows are comfortable, bed linen and towels are snow white. Comfortable large shower cubicle, excellent water pressure. We were offered a cleaning service but declined as we were only in the hotel for 2 nights. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Excellent accommodation, we are very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice and responsive communication before the accommodation. Simple self check in. Spacious and bright room, quality bed (Asko Royal), overall good amenities. Will definitely visit again.

Nothing bad here. Having breakfast included would be nice. The excellent fish restaurant below, where we had dinner (pike!), would be an ideal venue.

Great location across the moat from the castle. The room and ensuite bathroom was fine, not particularly memorable, but having forgotten the day we booked, so we turned up 24 hours late, we were just glad to have a room at all!

We were allowed to park our two motorbikes outside (for safety). The surroundings was lovely and it was a quiet location. Easy check-in/out. All perfect 😁👌

Possibly during summer there might be some mosquitoes due to the proximity of plants and ancient moth but there weren't any in our room.

Excellent location in the middle of city park! Superb view on the Castle from my bedroom. Beds was big and very confortable. Our room was spacious and full of light. There is reception, everything was digital, but instructions to access the building and open doors were clear and precise. Restaurant below had a very kind staff and excellent food.

Beatiful old house next to the Kuressaare castle. Cozy rooms and really good value for money. Self check-in worked well. Classy restaurant below although breakfast wasn't available there. Nice breakfast places were available close to the hotel prices starting from 6.5€. Defintely would go another time.

There was no reception and the advertisement of this guesthouse was misleading as it included photos of a restaurant but there was no breakfast because the restaurant does not belong to the guesthouse so it was closed in the morning.
