I did not like the carpet in my room; it was badly stained and needs to be replaced.

The bed was comfortable, heating worked fine, the shower was good but I was most impressed by the breakfast. It was well organised so that people and staff had no need to bump into each other, there was a good spread to suit most people, but the icing on the cake was that there was sparkling wine for grown-ups and ice cream for children.

The bead was very uncomfortable, quite soft, and the pillows too large. That is to my own taste though, but I've been to hotels where you can choose between 3 different types of pillows, and that is amazing!

Overall pretty good hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options for both vegetarian and non.

On the night between Saturday and Sunday, the loud music was quite disturbing. Luckily there were earplugs in the room.

I haven't noticed before, but the music played during breakfast really effects the experience. Towards the beginning of the week, uk pop music set the perfect scene for the day, middle of the week we had some generic agitative instrumental music that made me felt a bit irritated, and on Friday one guy had to ask the music to be changed, because .... i can't remember the tunes, but they were in the lines of Boney M's "Rasputin" or sth and it felt really out of place and just gave bad slavic vibes.

The location of hotel Soho is superb. So is usually the overall experience staying there. The breakfast is yummy, the beds are soft, the TV channels meet basic needs (news vs series).

Modern and funky interior in a building with classic exterior. The possiblity of self check-in and -out and opening the room door via phone was very convenient, the work-flow functioned absolutely well. And breakfast was top-notch - everything one could wish for, coupled with great coffee.

The hotel has excellent location, can be approached also by car, and there is a parking place for extra fee as well, which we also used. On the 1st floor there is also a nice Mexican restaurant, the food was tasty and prices reasonable as well. We got a room with 3 single beds right next to elevator, the yard view. It was very quiet, which was appreciated, and even the elevator noise was not heard. Excellent breakfast with many healthy choices, including grilled veggies, mushrooms, porridge and the usual hotel food stuff as well. I was surprised to see that there is a sparkling wine offerred for breakfast, too :)

Just some minor details. Bathroom door handles are going to loose screws. Lights at bed are old fashion luminescent. Beds are quite narrow.

Perfect location - in the center (If you are without a car). Quick check in. Clean, silent room. It is possible to open window. Number of TV channels. Perfect breakfast.

The breakfast choice is quite small. Our windows were looking to the inner yard: sometimes there was an unpleasant smell of rotten eggs coming from there. The room needs refreshing overall.

In total, we’ve spent 5 days in Soho (we had a few different bookings). The location is great. The staff is very helpful. We had a very nice deal from Booking for week days, so it was a great price/quality ratio.

Shower was not functioning properly in my room. Breakfast was with lots of choices, but coffee could have been better.

Extremely good location in center, with private parking lot. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Have recently introduced contact-free check-in and check-out, with phone app for the room key, which is innovative for Estonia and rather comfortable to use. There is still friendly staff available at reception, you can contact in case of need.
