FinlandWe noticed only some minor things, for example the bathroom drawer seemed to have some issues when trying to close it, it kept opening. Some light switches in the room didn't seem to have any purpose. And we also used the food delivery and were little sad when we could not find traditional estonian rye garlic bread on the menu. But as mentioned above, we were very happy with the visit and really there was nothing to complain about.
The service was fantastic, we celebrated my fiance's birthday and got sparkling wine delivered to the room with handwritten card - that was an amazing surprise. Already without the extra mile we were happy with the service, but that was just amazing. Also the view was great, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Very good quality for the price. 5 mins from Rottermani quarter and just 10 mins walk from the old town. The breakfast is superb. You also need to treat yourself with a drink and/or dinner at the Issey restaurant and rooftop bar at the top of the hotel.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse, with plenty of fresh options. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn!
