If I MUST complain, that will be the noise coming from the street. But you are booking for a hotel in Alexandria, Egypt. The roadside noise is something you'll eventually accept haha

From Malaysia, our stay has been exceptional 😄 I had personally opted for the junior suite with the sea view balcony as it had been a dream of mine to stay at this hotel since i saw the room being featured in my favourite movie ❤️ the room is spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, staff was nice and helpful, the view simply simply marvelous 😍 not a penny regretted 😁 breakfast buffet had lots fresh and delicious options 👍🏻 perfect for honeymoon or simply a stay with family ✨

The hotel is historic and charming, the view is amazing, as is the breakfast. More importantly, the hospitality is exceptional. Ms Nagham Hashem is particularly welcoming helpful and professional! I hope to come back and stay for longer.

Samia took care of our room and us perfectly! The restaurant was wonderful - all the staff was very attentive and the food was good. The concierge helped us get a reservation at an excellent restaurant (Jeeda's). Great location too!

Although the room was lovely the door to the bathroom is equipped with an automatic shutter and inconvenient to use.

The property is very atmospheric and true to its literary heritage. There is no hotel in Alexandria with a better location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We are especially grateful to Nagham, in Customer Services, who promptly and very professionally met all our transport and other requests.
