Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel is on a slight elevation. It would be difficult to walk up the hill for some people.
Staff was great. Location was perfect. It was very close to the main square and attractions. But not in the busy area of the town. Very reasonable. Room was clean and spacious. A bit outdated, but definitely a good value.

A superb location right next to the Alcazar and close to most of the sites of historic Toledo. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed with a comfortable and very large bed.

AustraliaIn addition to the elevator, we also needed to use a small set of stairs (about 9 steps) to get to our room. It was a little difficult to carry our 20kg luggage up and down those stairs.
Enjoyed the comfortable room. The location was amazing and the staff were super helpful. Undercover car parking was available and very close by.

SpainThere was an issue on the hot water system affecting the whole building during our stay so I personally didn’t dare to use the shower. However, we must point out that the hotel staff apologized for this inconvenience. Better indications to access the nearby car parks would have been useful. We almost ended up stuck on a narrow street on our way to find one of the car parks.
