Central in Costa Teguise. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as decent supermarkets. Large pool (not heated). Laundry machines in back corner of property (washer = €5, dryer = €4)

View was a skip and building materials on one side and much the same from the window. Disappointing, only went for one night, locals to the Costa Teguise, and needed a place for the night due to home repair. Couldn't use balcony as View was horrible. Would stay again, but not in that room it ruined the stay even if it it was for only 1 night, expected to relax in the evening on the balcony. Shower plate very slippery- no non stick flooring. Phone didn't work, so had to go to reception for enquiries. Asked to change rooms as View was awful, wasn't allowed.

Room 1092. Nice lounge area, room was nice. Kitchen well equipped with utensils.

The saving of sun beds is shocking. Some towels were there from morning to early afternoon and not a soul around. Each bungalow also gets sun beds, so if you are not around the pool, don’t reserve beds when others could use them. The hotel really need to crack down on this. Our room wasn’t great. We were in the far corner of the complex and our balcony overlooked a staff carpark and skip. Staff are constantly walking past to the utility room when we were trying to sit out. You could also hear constant noise throughout the day from the laundry room, why was right next door. Would stay again but not in that room.

The layout of the property is really good and they have some good facilities for families, such as bowling and mini golf. The pool is huge and refreshing and the snack bar is really reasonable.

The water at the pool was cold. There was no umbrella for shade in the balcony.

Not enough plug sockets generally but particularly in the kitchen. Would like to have had more choice of kitchen inventory. I was given an apartment facing the road, so it was very noisy. Just unlucky!

No air conditioning which unfortunately is why I wouldnt return. You can hire fans but we hired 2. One was very poor and other was ok so resulted in us all sleeping poorly . Might not be an issue in colder months. The air conditioning units are in the room and switch on but was informed they have been deactivated even if I had to pay extra to have it I would have

Facilities for kids were impressive. Room was really spacious (superior room 1107) pool area was great ' staff were brilliant especially the man who organised the kids activities during the week ' he was amazing with kids. Food at pool bar was reasonably priced . Good free wi fi. Location was good .

This was our second stay at Santa Rosa and we were disappointed with: 1. Room cleaning - this was not as good as our previous experience 2. Sun bed management - this was poor as no sun beds were available after 9am - indeed if you did not bag your spot at the pool before 8am choices were extremely limited. As such enforcement of the rules would be appreciated as many sun beds although taken were unoccupied for most of the day, which was very frustrating. This habit is a particular British trait and perhaps enforcement by applying the pool rules would work better, alternatively an investment in additional sun beds would be a welcome addition to the apartments amenities. 3. Showers pressure was poor and the frequent fluctuations in temperatures were a challenge. 4. Although each apartment had air con, the units did not work as we had expected making sleeping difficult.

Santa Rosa is a family friendly property, with lovely, engaging staff. The kids club & staff were brilliant and is one of the features that drew us back to Santa Rosa.

1. NO AIRCON!!! wouldn't stay again unless there was Aircon. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We rented fans but they were not very good. 2. We got an uncooked chicken fillet burger from the pool bar, very bad form.

Only negative was it could do with Plastic plates and cups for the children, In the apartment, As it had a tiled floor. This would prevent things getting smashed, if dropped by smaller children.

It was clean and tidy, the cleaners came in everyday, to clean and provide fresh linen. Location was close to beaches , and all amenities. The pool was good, it also had a good gym which was free of charge to guests. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and all other staff had a smile on their face.
