Room could be a bit bigger - family of tree . My son got biten by the bed bugs ... at the end of our stay he looked like a ladybird with the spots. Very thin walls , you could hear everything from the neighbours.

Overall we liked our stay. The pool was good . clean room. Good location. Very friendly staff. Very good restaurant nearby with delicious food. Good value for the money. LOvely village with beautiful old town. the remote controller works for evey single tv in the hotel so if your neighbours have their TV too loud, you can turn it off :)

Very limited kitchen utensils. No kettle. But, it was fine for what we needed.

The hotel is really in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms especially need to be upgraded as the shower head in our room didn't even stay put on the wall. Some if the staff were not overly accommodating, even as far as refusing to give us an extra towel during our stay. They also allowed guests to use hotel towels in the pool area and allowed some guests to leave towels on sun loungers all day without the loungers being used. In fact we rarely used the pool during our stay because of this reason

The location is excellent with a 10min walk to the beach and the old town. There is also a supermarket 2min walk from the hotel

The beds were single beds but that's not a huge issue and not much storage so the room felt constantly untidy but these are only nit picking and would not stop me from going back and recommending this place to everyone.

This aparthotel was great value for money in these expensive time. Loved the pool, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating and it was spotless. Large supermarket next door and the property was quiet and felt very safe. Loved tossa de mar. First time staying here for a full holiday. Will be back. Oh lovely powerful shower 🚿😂. The room also had a lovely big balcony, good zircon and the weekly market on Thursday is just outside.

The bar was closed down and it made that area of the hotel a bit depressing. There wasn't an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, only in the living room.

The swimming pool is very nice and the beds were really comfortable. Also the air conditioning worked well.

Rooms are quite small (though mainly to be expected) but there was hardly any storage - one fairly small wardrobe without full length hanging space and about 4 hangers - take your own! Kitchen was v basic - fridge, 2 small electric hobs and one microwave so no kettle or toaster (though it may be possible to borrow these from reception but we didn't know until we were about to leave) The rooms are v noisy - you can hear everyone around you. We slept in the sitting room (on sofa beds as kids were in the bedroom) and so also had the noise from corridor as well as upstairs and next door rooms. We are also at the end of the hotel, next to recycling area and they collected one of the bins every morning about 5am. There's a sign in the room to say towels /sheets changed every 4 days and rooms cleaned every 7 days. We were there 8 nights but neither of these happened during our stay.

Location - easy, flat 10 min walk to most places ie old town, beach, bus station. Plus there is a really good supermarket just over the road for all supplies. Pool - outdoor pool is really lovely, good size and plenty of sun loungers. Also the outdoor activities are good - badminton, table tennis etc Indoor pool - this was also helpful on the day we had bad weather. It's not big but the hotel was quiet on that day so we had it to ourselves mainly. Male staff were very helpful however the only female receptionist we saw gave us wrong information on a couple of occasions. Showers were good and plenty of hot water. We had a family room and the balcony was a really good size. Towels good size and we asked the cleaner for more (when cleaning other rooms) so we had plenty.

No possibility to swim laps

The apartment was recently renovated, clean, bright and well-equipped. Comfy beds and blinding curtains. Nice view from the balcony over the surrounding hills. The complex is located just a little outside the main tourist area and therefore very quiet. Still, the old town, castle and beaches are only a 10 minutes’ walk away. Friendly helpful staff, not hesitating to correct noisy visitors! Overnight, I could leave my bike in the luggage department. Ample public parking in the direct surroundings. Supermarket Dia is just across the street.

Clean and tidy. Lovely outdoor and indoor pool. We’ll tended gardens and helpful staff. Extra kitchen items could be borrowed from reception eg kettle and toaster. .Book swap also available in luggage storage area
