Very noisy on Saturday night. Our room was at the front and noise outside until after 5am. Other nights fine.

It might be helpful to have a mirror in the room, especially for ladies.

Simple, stylish, modern. Floors of polished concrete and in hallways a certain amount of exposed brickwork. Good en-suite shower with large shower head.

The room was very hot and we did not manage to get the temperature down, even when opening the windows for hours when the outside temperature was around 10 degrees celcius.

Arriving by car is awkward and because of the tram you will need to negotiate a lot of what look like pedestrian only side streets on approach. The breakfast was beautifully presented but a little bit less generous than I expected.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Interior decor very pleasant. Parking at city underground (just 50 meters away) is arranged at reception.

No air conditioning was available and the day we arrived it was extremely hot for April. However, the staff was able to locate a fan which made the night comfortable. There was no mini-fridge in the room, nor welcome water. Public parking can be somewhat difficult to locate and when you exit, a tad difficult if you pay for the parking at the hotel as it’s a two-step process. However, the ticket reception in the parking garage was super helpful.

The staff was extremely hospitable. They answered all our questions during pre- and post-arrival. The boutique hotel is well appointed, the decor minimalist yet modern and comfy. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff attentive.

The shower hose was too short and one of the cheap rubber ones so if you tried to put the shower up the pipe would kink and the shower stop!

Although this hotel is in the process of modernisation it has an extremely calm feeling about it, we unfortunately had to have one of the unreported rooms as there were three of us, but it was a good size and clean. There was a good choice at the buffet breakfast and the room was very nice.

Travelling with a dog. I understand policy on breakfast room but we were taken to a table a fair distance away and not provided with a tray so it was very difficult to carry plate and hot drink. A tray would have been useful

The bedroom would have benefitted of a mini fridge. There was also a lack of storage to put things if staying for more than 1 night.

The location of the hotel and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel lacked a restaurant but there are enough bars and tapas restaurants in the vicinity. We also loved the architecture and styling of the hotel

Our problem was how hot the room was. The aircon didn't seem to do anything (and we used 3 separate rooms - same for all of them) and there was no airflow without opening the window. But when we opened the window, it was unbelievably noisy. There is a bar directly underneath some of the rooms and a walkway, so it was noisy almost all night long.

Nice central location. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Our room was nice, but a little small. This was expected, as we had opted for a cheaper double room - so it would be unfair to mark the hotel down for that.

The location is excellent, with easy walks to all of the city's sights. The shared areas were beautiful, with tasteful decorations and furniture, and we loved the layers of history that were on display.

The only thing is that, while being inside the room you can hear almost everything from the other rooms. The bed was not too comfy but okay.

The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. Great location. Within walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful. Parking is right next to the hotel.
