Building is dated but not out of keeping with similar developments in Maspalomas. I really didn’t like that there is no entrance to hotel from the main Av de Tirajana. The former entrance is now, it appears, a shop. The access by car or foot via the back street is just inconvenient.

The pool could do with the floor of it touching up and maybe lights adding to make the area look better at night.

The staff were extremely helpful especially Kevin and Daniel. They were very attentive and supported us with a number of queries. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool bar was well stocked and the food from the pool bar was excellent. The room could use with some updating but was comfortable. The updating is just more from an aesthetic point of view than a practical one. Good air con which dropped on the first day but was quickly fixed.

It’s not a 5* which is obvious but at the same time I got all I expected for the price I paid so I have no issues with anything to be honest .

Need to notice: I had early check in, they allow me to enter without room number yet, told me I can have the breakfast, but didn’t inform me that without room number I have to pay for the breakfast, so I was forced to pay, even when it’s was included in my reservation. Normally if it’s included, it’s just included with or without check in, according to my experience

Bed mattress is a bit firm for our taste. TV could have a few more English speaking channels, maybe but tbh you don’t come out here to sit inside and watch telly!

Great location for all the Pride and other Yumbo Centre activities. Smart apartment with spacious kitchen/lounge area, big balcony overlooking the pool, kitchenette has all you need. Aircon works well. Some hot pool parties at the hotel while we were there! We had a lot of fun… Staff throughout are great, from room cleaning to breakfast and pool bar, front desk very helpful. Particular shout outs to Rayco & Dayanna. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

Cleaning ladies enter the room even if there wasn’t a sign hanging on the door to clean up. They assigned two drinks from mini bar that we didn’t consume, we had to get our mini bar emptied in order to avoid the situation. On the last day of our trip i must have ate a rotten boiled egg for the breakfast as two hours afterwards i got weak and had a rise in the body temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Therefore we stayed the whole day in the room as I had to constantly vomit and had diarrhea. Was barely able to pack and get out on the next day. Before the breakfast was able to do the gym quite normally as every day before.

The prices at the pool bar could be slightly less considering if you walk out the entrance turn right/left it’s more than half the price and more people would purchase items if prices are reasonable.

The property was really nice, the rooms cleaned everyday, friendly staff , warm welcome. Alvaro was really nice.The pool area, sauna and steam room is lovely and close to the Yumbo.

Building is a little outdated, the bathroom feels very old.

Nice pool, except that it does not get any sun in the afternoon. Rooms are decent and clean.

The sheets and towels are a little cheap and need to be renewed. The AR conditioning is very weak, being not efficient. If you are sensitive to noises, you can also find troubles depending on your neighbor.

The location is exceptional, very close to Yumbo Center, walkable to the Dunes, restaurants and transport. A nice place to meet other travelers, Great to meet and greet. A nice gym installation.

The bed was absolutely a nightmare. Woke up everyday with heavy pain in the body. The water in the pool was too cold.

The location of this hotel is very good. Close to the nightlife in Yumbo Center. The staff is very friendly and help you. The cleaning staff is amazing.

The road noise on the side of the hotel that faces the property can be very loud, and in general it can be quite expensive given the condition of the property.

Lovely receptionist and staff, especially from a young lady who was very helpful with our stay and our requests.
