Some toiletries in the bathroom would be beneficial. Especially when you arrive at the weekend and shops are closed.

Could have table and chairs outdoors on the massive balcony. I don’t understand why not. It’s absolutely huge out there. A few teabags, milk and sugar might have been nice. Check out was stressful as I didn’t have a receipt for the deposit money paid. I don’t recall being given one and if I was I most certainly wasn’t good to keep it safe. No issue though full deposit returned but still I didn’t need the stress when travelling. Advice- keep the receipt. 200euro is too much of a deposit in my mind. All kit is ikea I think.

Loved the fact it had 3 bedrooms. One each for the kids. It had a large balcony which we didn’t use. It had a decent bathroom. Comfy sofa. Plenty of room and storage. Large entrance hall for shoes etc. loved the area also. Lidl a few doors away for all good/drink needs. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Good access to everywhere. Great availability of taxis.

The only issues where: One of the bedroom was very small The wc and the shower were separate rooms which was was good but the wc was way too small it’s was in a cupboard so to speak I’m 6ft tall and sitting on toilet I could not close the door of the wc

No proper oven, only mirror is in the bathroom. Sound proofing from nearby apartment not great.

Very clean, good decor, very efficient booking in. Near the metro, Lidl around the corner, quiet area.

like other review mentioned, the deposits do not seem necessary, as not much can be destroyed from the apartment. the documents for check in was requested more than a week in advance, then requested during check in. and then the host still need to take pictures of them- don’t really understand why. other apartment during our Spahn trip do not have such requirement

Nice apartement, in a nice area. Furniture is basic. The beds are comfortable.

There were four of us but only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge area. Bare minimum number of glasses in kitchen and no wine glasses and no small bowls for cereal. The aircon was located only in lounge and struggled to keep the whole apartment cool.

As the building is older the architecture is great, however the separate toilet seat is way too small and uncomfortable depending the necessities you need to do, the bath drain is very slow, having a shower fill it up as if you are having a bath. And last thing is the 200€ cash deposit asked at the checkin, it’s a bit too much, if you are on holidays you can’t spend that money because it’s kept at the property till you return the keys back and they do an “inspection”. This should be reviewed and reconsider a better way to prevent people to commit vandalism or any disturbances.

Location is perfect , near the main streets , with a lot of bars, restaurants, attractions to see near by. The Apartment is spacious and bright and there are two small balconies where you can see the neighbourhood from above.

We would have liked a living area that accommodated six people rather than just a three person sofa. Having 1 x bathroom and 1 x (v small) toilet took some planning and getting used to. A full length mirror in the hallway would also be desirable for the girls but overall it was good and would recommend.

We are a family of six so wanted the additional bedroom that this apartment had compared to others. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The air con was great and we very much enjoyed our stay. It was a great base to see Barcelona, we walked to most places of interest but taxis are plentiful and fairly priced too if you are short on time.

The apartment is in a good location, but the floor was very dirty. I spent nearly £805 (around €943) for four nights — at that price, I could have stayed in a 4-star hotel with a swimming pool. It felt seriously overpriced. The only charming feature, the old-style lift, broke down on the day I checked out, so I had to carry all my luggage from the 4th floor to the reception — and it was a very hot day. To make things worse, the housekeeper, who wasn’t friendly at all, even asked us to take the rubbish outside ourselves. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, the flat had a strong damp smell, with outdated furniture and mismatched decor. The so-called dining room was just a small space with a table and plastic chairs. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was a major issue given it was 30°C during our stay in Barcelona. Overall, the place was disappointing—especially considering that 4-star hotels in the city were available at the same price. We ultimately chose not to stay here, as we were celebrating a birthday and didn’t want the accommodation to affect our trip.

The location was the only real positive.

The room was clean and tidy and spacious enough for us to enjoy for three days. Lidl less than 2 minute walk away to stock up on essentials. Felt a really safe area. Lovely balcony area to enjoy the sunshine in the morning and evening.

There is only air con in one room so in the summer the bedrooms are soooo hot. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures whatsoever, it was adequate but in no way as pretty as portrayed. There is only one mirror in the bathroom and 1 bathroom for a 4 bedroom apartment.

The location is good, the apartment is in a nice safe building with an elevator. The kitchen is nice, coffee machine and pods provided, bathroom nice too though no plug for the bath.

The apartment looked nothing like the pictures.Every furniture from the house looks old and very waisted, the walls were also painted long ago and looked like a prison walls, the douche was in a little niche that needed a lot of improvment, the door from the toilet didn't close properly and it was dirty from something that looked like poop, the AC didn't work and in the kitchen were the minimum objects that you need, knives that didn't cut, only one garbage bag for 8 days, we had to buy more, in a word very poor. The attitude of the owner was also very unpleasant, I sent a message to say the AC doesn't work and the conditions were not ok and I didn't get any reply.

The location, near city center, shops, a lot of restaurants, near Gaudi masterpieces.
