How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We liked everything. No complaints.
Location, decoration, and the staff were superb. We will visit again and stay at the princess. The room was just my type of style, simple design, and excellent waterfall shower, which put the cherry on the cake. Facilities are excellent... sauna was lovely, We had breakfast, which met my expectations. The views from floor 7 were incredible. Great location near the beach.

Honestly, nothing. 5 stars don’t feel like enough for this amazing experience!
I stayed here for my birthday and received complimentary champagne and a cake — such a kind surprise from the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had tons of options, and the rooftop pool with city views was incredible. The team was super friendly too.

The property is in an excellent location, next a shopping mall, a short walk to the beach, next to conference centre. There’s great transportation options within few minutes walk. The tourist bus has a stop just outside the hotel. I didn’t get to use the swimming pools and gym, but they are there. The City centre is not far either by various modes of transport.

We went to the Cruilla Music Festival and you could not get a closer location than this hotel - it was right outside the entrance / exit so perfect. It was also 5 mins walk from a good beach, and you could walk along the promenade into the centre of Barcelona (takes about an hour), or hop on a tube which is right by the hotel and takes about 20 mins. You can also easily get a tram to Sagrida Familia - takes about 15 mins. The bar staff and cleaning staff were so lovely. There were two small pools and a small fitness / sauna area to use, but we never had an issue getting a sunbed or seat. We ate one night in the bar/restaurant and the food was fantastic. You are also 2 mins from a large shopping mall with plenty of eateries.

Sometimes there was a certain smell in the hallway. Pools not enough chairs.
Room was amazing! Breakfast superb! Location great! Also I want to commend Natalia in reception for her great professionalism in making our stay perfect!!

Only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the lack of towels in the rooms, other than that very well.
I loved the size of the room and size of the bed, as well as the complimentary drinks, great hotel overall.

The only mirror was in the bathroom.
The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was very spacious with great facilities. The bar was reasonably priced.

The elevator took so much time to arrive and also you can hear noises from outside some details like WiFi password can’t be found on the room I had to call the receptionist to access and also air conditioner is not that good .
Its well connected the metro lines and really easy to go around and reach the attractions and also its close to a shopping mall so its easy to buy essential breakfast is great and the city view from our room is nice as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and all the essentials were provided. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were truly excellent — friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place! P.S. The only downside for me was that the room felt too warm — the thermostat couldn’t be set below 19°C, and it was very hot in Barcelona during my stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, different from regular hotels. We didn't have a room with a view, but our room was on the floor 14, so the view was amazing. We could see the Sagrada Familia from our window. Very close to the beach, 10 min walk.

I asked them for cutlery they said it's not free i said ok and no one bring it to us .the menu is limited and less variety i hope to increase and add extra dishes

Vegan option during breakfast was limited to fruits
We arrived by train and found the hotel a little outside the city centre, but with excellent public-transport links and right beside the famous Diagonal Mar. Our beach-view room was a highlight: watching both sunrise and sunset from the room was simply magical. Breakfast was tasty, though vegan options beyond fresh fruit were limited. In the hotel’s restaurant/bar, the pesto pasta was outstanding. All in all, a delightful stay.

I loved the hotel, it was well located, clean and beautiful. The views were very beautiful and you can see the Sagrada Familia from the lift. The pool was perfect for a hot day.
