Awesome quality for that price. Rooms are reasonably clean, and the terace is very good. The breakfast was ok, the location is very good, close to the beach and the train and bus station. Would return again

The rooms smelt unclean on arrival and were not very clean overall. I’m need of an update.

Main pool could do with a refurb but it’s still ok. No English entertainment, however we weren’t bothered too much. Bfast hours could be a little longer to avoid crowds.

Air con is good, location is very good. Clean and value for money you het what you paid for. It’s a *** hotel. Children’s pool is nice and the main one is ok too. Food is ok and plenty.

Everything was great, the only thing I could fault is that the dinner hall is far too small for the amount of people. People start queueing 15 minutes before the hall is open. Then you have to wait. The pool is miles too small for the amount of people, from above looks like beans on a plate, so many people in a tint pool, this didn't bother us as we wouldn't have used the pool anyway. All in all a good stay, we would definitely stay here again.

could be a plug socket close to kettle, had to plug in standing kettle on bed

rooms so clean, pool lovely, staff nice, food quite good too, catered for gluten free diet also (bread, cereals, milk,)

the sound insulation is not great. we hear the neighbors. do not forget to bring ear plugs food is ok for the price but not amazing

we had a short stay here but it was very comfortable. Good swimming pool, breakfast, clean. Specially I want to notice how polite and welcoming was the staff of the hotel. absolutely everyone starts from reception ends with safe guard at swimming pool!

The pool and breakfast area were very, very busy, we ate out and went to the beach every day which put us off staying there again, otherwise the hotel was OK.

Rooms were clean and nice enough, air conditioning was fab!

Way the room was set up - there was 2 plug socket both behind beds which ment to use the kettle we had to balance on a bed which is unsafe and dangerous. There was a tv on the wall above the wardrobe but no remote control was provided as there was a bedside table which had a phone on i thought i would ring down to reception to ask. But It didnt work no dial tone or anything so seem to be there for decoration. I rang via my mobile to be told there button's on telly luckily i am tall but my friend couldn't reach at all. Cleaning staff - during my stay we saw them twice which should be good I have informed reception of my encounters but I feel i still should mention. The first was not bad only problem was they didn't really clean we went out on balcony so not to be in way but watched as they brushed from balcony door in-between beds and then went in bathroom came out and sweeped by door out but didnt do under beds or the bit from beds to bathroom. They then mopped a little by foot and side of beds along with bathroom and left i went and asked for more water for kettle and toiletries she came back with toiletries and then did a very quick wipe of windows and the mirror and left again. My next encounter was the worst and I aswell as my friend felt very vulnerable. We had over slept quite a bit and my friend had luckily just finished her shower and was in a towel. Myself was in underwear in bed still just about to go for my shower when they knocked door we said no and my friend who can speak spainish said something along lines of not today we not ready so don't need the room cleaned. But they still opened the door as she was saying it. They had the door fully open and came through i said no again to which the lady turned round went into bathroom and made some noise im not sure what she was doing I'm shout no and leave at this point as we are both not decent you can hear everyone in corridor walking past talking and the noise in bathroom stopped.

Location - is spectacular really close to everything anyone could want Hotel - nice size pool i didnt go in really mainly lay on the loungers but everyone in there was having fun. There was also a life guarding walking around keeping an eye out not just sitting looking bored which i found was reasuring if he was needed. It looked like there was a slope for people who may have problem with steps which I thought was great as have found difficult to find as my mum does have problems getting in and out of pools so this would be a real bonus and advantage for her as would mean she could enjoy to which normally would miss out on. The playship looked like great fun shame it is for children along with little pool seprate to the main one. Entertainment - we arrived late on Thursday and went in to Calella for the Friday but in the Saturday night we manage to catch the disco which was just a great atmosphere to be in everyone having fun and really great selection of music aswell the bar was open but didnt use so can't say anything about prices but it was busy. The reception staff - were really helpful, let my friend use scales to weigh her luggage, printed of a waver I needed for flight home which I got whilst there. Helped with getting us bus times and routing planning to get back to the airport for a very early morning flight. Seem to have took on what complaints I did have to bring to there attention and said will speak to the people they needed to. Food - there was a variety of food and some drinks only thing really negative to say is more a option of smooth orange juice or apple juice would have been nice as due to allergies and a problem with food textures (like the bits in orange juice) I could only have water with my breakfast. A lot of people can have it especially those asd/adhd etc.

No hairdryer and bathroom bit dated, but shower pressure really good and no shortage of hot water .

Breakfast was exceptional for a budget hotel. Really good bread and pastry selection , fresh fruit , omelette station etc . We were there out of season so didn’t use the pool or sun beds but it looked nice .
