Only thing we had trouble with was the AC was a little inconsistent at times, and bedrooms were harder to cool.

Housekeeping was really bad. It was more like a turn-down service but I repeat they DONT clean your room. When the first house-keeper came to clean bungalow I noticed it wasn’t clean, my first thought was “oh well, whatever, no big deal”. But after a few times in a row my room was NOT consistently cleaned properly AT ALL. They don’t give out new bed sheets, and they don’t clean thoroughly. I got house keeping at least 5 times, and it was left dirty every time.

Freshly renovated and spacious one-room bungalows. Comfortable big bed, nice shower and a nice build-in kitchen with everything you need, was very convenient. Located in a quiet area close to the beach ánd walkable to everything you want to see in playa del ingles. I’ll definitely book this accommodation again when i return.

Absolutely loved everything!

Such a beautiful place! Definitely will be back! Great accommodation and grounds. 5min away from Dunes, however there is a bit of walk to the beach! P.S. the beach seem to be a nudity beach ☺️ so please be aware if travelling with kids!

The only thing I would comment about regarding this matter is that we didn't have an oven in the room. This was only a problem because being a self service bungalow you do not get breakfast, lunch and dinner which is fine. But without an oven it makes it hard to make your own food as you are very limited. We were excited to make our own breakfast and lunch to eat outside our bungalow but we were unable to do so.

Me and my partner both agreed this was once of the best places we have stayed, and we have travelled alot. The room was amazing and also the facilities were exceptional. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The location was perfect as you are right next to the beach while also being within waking distance of anything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

The pool didn’t seem to be heated so it was quite cold. We didn’t have a flat iron in our bungalow and didn’t bring our traveling steam iron, asked for one at the reception but they seemed to have run out of flat irons. Also the shower drainage didn’t work too well so the water from the shower overflowed.

Great location, beautiful entrance, friendly staff and loved the aesthetic of the bungalows and surrounding, it was not too crowded, the airconditioning worked great and we thought it was very clever that every bungalow has its own sun-beds.

There were 2 separate beds in the room and it felt that they had been used for a while already. One day we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The view from the terrace to the pool was really great and good for a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The location was very central, and provided a good base to visit the rest of the island.

Only two little sachets of body wash - not enough for 4 days and two people. Salt and pepper in the kitchen as basic equipment would be a plus.

Our terrace were on shade side so there were no sunlight.

Location is best. Dunes and beach are quite close. Shop and shopping mall Cita is on the other side of the street. Beach walking boulevard where the restaurants, bars and souvenir shops are, are also close. Apartment was clean and complex was very peaceful. There were no noise of the streets at night. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We can recommend.
