Far enough from historical center. Not posible to make tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast is expensive and doesnt have good variaty. No slipers even than you ask.

Evening meal a little over priced but still very tasty.

Perfect position just off the main route. Beautiful decor, excellent bedroom and lovely evening meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Only 20 minutes downhill walk to the centre, picking up the beginning of the Aqueduct on route. Taxi back 5 euros.

The restaurant food was not the best.

Luxury hotel, superbly located for a walk into Segovia. The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Hassain, one of the waiters was exceptional. The furnishings and decor of the hotel are fabulous, a touch of luxury on your trip. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options

I was very pleased. the carpet in the hallways need cleaned or replaced but that was the only thing I noticed.

Very classy and clean. it was quite elegant. it is NOT close to downtown but the bus was 1 euro and picked you up right outside the hotel. I would stay again. the bar has great hamburgers. the staff were very friendly. Laura at the front desk and Cesar at the bar made out two nights wonderful. we did not use the restaurant for dinner as we were fine with the bar food. breakfast was a typical Spanish breakfast and was nice. the room was amazing. large and comfortable

The hotel has a decent indoor pool and gym but it’s only open at the weekend and it costs 12 euros to get in (plus extra if you don’t have your own flip flops and swimming hat).

Comfortable hotel with good parking and nice staff, easy walk or bus journey into Segovia.

The rooms have carpet. Although clean it is just not hygienic

One of the main reasons I booked the hotel was for the pool/sauna, and I wasn't informed until after I arrived that the outdoor pool closes in early September and the indoor pool/sauna is only open Friday and Saturday. Probably wouldn't have booked the hotel if I had known that the pool facilities wouldn't be open while we're there.

The room was very comfortable and check-in was very easy.

It needs to update and keep up with the amenities other four star hotels provide in the rooms:,water bottle to drink, a coffee maker, etc. there were only minimal bath supplies

One of the best hotels we have stayed in in Spain. Clean and large public spaces, the bedroom and bathroom were extra large and decorated to the highest standard. Staff are very helpful and the restaurant was first class.

This hotel is very well situated in well maintained grounds with good outside parking spaces. Although it is a little way from the city centre, there is an excellent local bus service providing quick & economical access to & from the city. After a good buffet breakfast in the spacious dining room, we were off to enjoy Segovia and its delights, before returning for a night cap in the comfortable lounge or garden and watch the sunset through the trees. Any questions? Ask the staff who are only too pleased to help and advise. Our room on the ground floor was very comfortable and spacious with the best laid out bath and shower room I have ever used. Luxury indeed!

The entire complex was amazing! The rooms were huge, parking great and the pool was excellent. But the staff - especially breakfast coordinator Carol and the Senior bar tender/waiter - who made the best mojito's in Spain (sorry didn't catch his name) were AMAZING!!! They made Candido extra amazing - with their service and professionalism!
