Our room was great, we stayed in a panoramic sea view room with terrace. Breakfast was good and it is in a good location overlooking the harbour with good restaurants around

Air conditioning not great. No iron in the room and getting one from reception is tricky.

People allowed to put towels on Sun beds, go for breakfast, walks etc,everyday was no spaces. Is time Hotels stop with that stupid culture. My daughters staid in a hotel next door and was a sign on the pool prohibiting this behaviour. I will not return just for this reason.

- upgrade to a room with sea view and big terrace - breakfast selection quite big - friendly staff - (public) parking free of charge and car needed if you want to go to good beaches - beach towels

Room looked a bit tired in places, paint flaking off in the bathroom and mouldy sealant in the bathroom area. Rest of room was fine but could have done with a few soft furnishings, a couple of pictures on some very plans looking walls would make a difference. Communal areas also very plane and a bit tired looking. Pool was a nightmare getting a bed so we didn’t bother as didn’t want to get up at 6am. Inland views from the junior suites aren’t great but for us a worthwhile compromise for the larger rooms.

We had a junior suite, really good room size, comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast was superb. Location excellent. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Couldnt fault them at all.

The entertainment guy was a little bit annoying. I understand that getting people involved with the events is his job, but at some point, we were trying to avoid him in the lobby as he persist to summon us to a concert that wasn't really our thing. The TV is also VERY OLD. No Netflix on a 4 Star Hotel, in 2023, is a disappointment.

Great pool, both indoors and outside. Gym is pretty good as well.

Great location on seafront in front of the harbour near all shops and restaurants. 5min walk to small beach. 20mins to Cala millor with larger beach. Comfy bed, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Room 316 had a door to the next room which couldnt be locked!! Not great when you are a single woman traveller.

Nice pool area, entertainment guy was very friendly, room overall was great overlooking the harbour.

Walls are paper thin. Plumbing needs an upgrade (lack of hot water at times) The night we arrived, the person behind the bar said he was "out of beer" and that making cocktails wasn't possible. So we strolled a few metres to the hotel next door and were able to get drinks without any problem (approx 10:30/11pm local time). We didn't bother using 'our hotel' bar for the rest of the holiday because of this initial experience.

Location is excellent. The sea-view room is very nice. Most of the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. House-keeping does a really good/consistent job. Breakfast choice is generally good.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Except for the bathrooms that were renovated at some point, the doors are worn out, the walls, the ventilation system. The bed had shaky legs.

Staff was friendly, Ivan was the greatest. The sea view was amazing, I highly recommend you to book the sea view as it's totally worth it.

There is not much to do in Cala Bona, so it might be too quiet for some people

The lack of music in pool area..we asked for music at pool but woman at bar said she would have to ask front desk area but no music. Even doh speckers all around the pool.

Location on harbour gorgeous 😍. Bedroom was nice. Little fridge with champagne, and bottles of water was nice. Changed our room to sea view.

we did not use the pool at all. we could see there was towels everywhere but not people laying there. Off course that happens in a lot of hotels (people reserving a chair for hours later) but we just didn’t want to be around narrow mindedness like that. we had a great time elsewhere (and visited beautiful beaches and city’s)🥂 the buffet was okay but not very good. some of it looked good but didn’t taste that good.

very friendly staff. we had a corner room on the first floor with see view. it was nice with refrigerator and the bed was good. the balcony was a little bit smaller then all the other balconies but that was fine.

The glasses, cups and saucers had lipstick 💄 makes left behind from previous user. They were never washed after using.

The location was great 👍even though it's an hour and a half drive with the public transport which costsonly €8 if paid with debit cards. The View fantastic 👏 thanks to Ivan. Evening great to sit out on the balcony listening to music 🎶 from downstairs. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. I personally advise to book with breakfast and pay €10 for dinner when eating at the hotel 🏨.
