As It was a self-catering apartment I would have expected it to have a iron or toster but you had to hire them from reception which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff where amazing expecially Alicia on reception she could not have been more helpful & a credit to your hotel. Good location with restaurant's & bars nearby, also a local bus to take your round to san antonio.

I would expect a self-catering accommodation to have basic things like a toaster & iron we had to hire a iron wish was a bit inconvenient.

The lady on reception Alicia was excellent she could not have been more kind, a credit to your hotel.

There was a large wind on the one day and one of the windows fell off that could easily ended up in a disaster.

Price/quality ratio in Ibiza is very high, so the hotel was quite expensive while the room was average

The internet is not particularly good. It's fine at the reception but the rest of the property is not getting internet.

The location of the hotel was quite good...nice beaches were very walkable distance. The stuff was genuinely very lovely and co-operative. I would definitely like to go back.

if traveling with kids or old people consider Stairs or request ground floor apartment as it can be very hard and tiring with luggage. should have more options for the apartment facility like a kettle, coffee machine , Iron and other easy things that make your stay pleasant

Great Pool option for Kids and Adults. rooms very spacious . Nice Pool Bar with good options of snacks. Location is Great with options of parking in around 500 meters

There were insects in the rooms and around the swimming pool area. I know there is not very much to do about it but is just something I did not like about the place

The superior one bed apartment we were in had a bit of an odd layout and a couple.of.comfy chairs or a sofa to relax on would have been great. However spent little time inside to be honest so not a big deal.

Staff were all.super and could not be nearer to bus stop to.various locations so 'excellent". Would go again.

The room had an overpowering smell of bleach and cleaning chemicals when we first arrived which wasn't pleasant but it went away after a couple of days

the overall noise in building and the rooms. very poor insulation between walls and stair well was very noisy and echoing

There's no toaster, kettle not even a bowl. The air con didn't work we were told them and it still wasn't fixed but looking at reviews after my stay they are clearly aware its not working properly in some rooms.

It's our second time staying here this year but this time we brought the kids. The beds are really comfy and probably the reason we came back again. If you like your kids having a good holiday without a hotel been full of kids it's perfect. No noise at night a few groups of people durning the day nothing to complain about worked out great

-The beds were a bit light and moved easily, especially when trying to join the single beds to a double one - The check in was 1 hour later than scheduled, which would not be a big deal, but since we arrived early that day the wait was a bit long. The staff tried the best and we could already use the pool and leave our things in the luggage room

- The staff was very attentive and responded quickly - The rooms were spacious, there was a safe in the room - The green spaces around the houses - The pool which was loved especially by the kids - great location with several bus line at the hotel going to the beaches and San Antonio - quiet neighborhood - Overall a great location for both young people as well as families
