Pillows were very uncomfortable for us - but that is a personal preference. The air-conditioning was hotel wide instead of individual rooms. The first night was very hot and the air-conditioning was warm only. The members of staff shared that they only have it on as warm during the season and that there was no cold air-conditioning available.

Loved the location, they moved us to a quieter room when requested. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious. Loved the cinematic theme.

Some of the equipment seems a bit old and could benefit from a little brushing up - that being said, everything worked fine!

The staff are super friendly! The interior design was really special, not the usual white modern design. The breakfast buffet was really good! The hotel was also super well connected to public transport. We had an amazing stay at this place :)

Soundproofing not existant - sounds of doors closing, bathroom being used in other rooms. No cofee facilities in the room. Sink in the room rather than the bathroom. Window looking to the wall of the next building.

Excellent location, close to metro stations, great area for bars, restaurants, shopping. Staff very attentive and helpful. Area not particulalry touristy so very calm and pleasant to walk around.

I think the juice and milk bottles would need to be refilled more regularly at breakfast... just a small detail, the rest was perfect!

I loved how unique this hotel was and really has its own style and design. Our room was great and clean. The location is excellent. I would definitely come back and I recommend!!

No bottle water in the room, I had to buy myself.

The location is near Avenida de Americas station, where I took the direct bus to Alcala de Henares, the hometown of Cervantes. The breakfast is good, with different varieties. There is a big supermarket across the street where I bought fruits.

Very well located. Despite being small, well divided and with a patio, which proved to be a plus as we took our dog for the weekend. The owner's friendliness and care was also a very positive point to highlight. a place we want to return to!

Great Hotel! Nice quiet location. Would stay here again! The decor is quirky and nice from walking in, to the rooms and the breakfast dining area. I found the breakfast to be good enough for a 3 day city trip, plenty of hot and cold food choices. Rooms were spacious. Although the trip fell end of November I found the room to be way too warm and the Air con did not work. We opened the windows which did the trick but not sure if this would enough in summer months? Location is a 3 - 4 minute walk to tube station which is perfect for getting around the city.

When I arrived exhausted and desperate for a comfy bed I was so happy I’d booked this hotel! The staff were friendly, it’s clean and stylishly decorated. Nice big room with space to move around. The room has a fridge, hanging space, a chair, table, safe and suitcase stand. Bathroom is spacious and shower was great. I asked for a quiet room and had no noise at all. Nice touches like a huge full length mirror in the corridor was appreciated. Felt safe as you can only access the lift with a key card. Plenty of plug sockets. Lovely big and comfortable bed. The local area is nice with the metro, supermarket, pharmacy and cafes very close.
