The beds were a little hard and the pillows not the best but not really a problem. The only thing missing is a chopping board so I would add that.

Location is wonderful, right in the middle of town, everywhere accessible in minutes, and because of the sound proofing you can’t hear anything at night. The property is clean and spacious, has got everything you might need, table & chairs, sofa, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and an iron and ironing board which is a plus. Lovely balcony with table, 4 chairs and parasol.

Very good location, near the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop. Big balcony with nice view. There are an elevator and a laundry. In The kitchen you have all that you need. Staff is helpful. You can leave your luggage after the check out.

Very spacious well thought out property kept immaculately clean. In an excellent location close to beach, restaurants and shops, and amazingly quiet. Paco and his family were wonderfully warm, helpful and very accommodating to our needs. All communication was prompt and polite. We had a lovely time and look forward to hopefully returning one day, and we will certainly recommend Paco's apartments to family and friends. Thank you!

There is nothing to dislike about Edificio Playa or Puerto de Mogan. Unless you are bonkers!!

Our 3rd visit and as usual a superb apartment. Paco is always welcoming and even the slightest problem or issue he is there straight away to sort it out. Other owners would do well to follow his shining example. Thanks Paco and team . We'll be back yet again.

An observation, not a complaint, the shower cabinet could do with updating.

Immaculately clean apartment, very comfortable in the centre of many shops bars and restaurants. Just a short 1 minute walk to beach and short walk to the harbour and old town. Paco responsive and helpful prior to, during and after our stay. We loved apartment 7 and look forward to returning.

Everything was perfect – we liked absolutely everything.

The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment itself is very spacious, and the view from the terrace or balcony is truly stunning.

Exceptional location 50 ft from the beach with shops,and restaurants all on your doorstep.There is a spar supermarket 2mins away.the apartment is spotlessly clean with all that you need.beds are comfy. The beds were a bit hard, but it was quickly rectified with an extra mattress when we asked. A chopping board would be a great addition 😀

If I had to say one thing, it would be the bed. It was a little uncomfortable for us.

The location was amazing. So easy to run home and grab things if you’re spending the day on the beach.

The shower, although working fine, could be updated. Surrounding appartment noises can be heard, can be annoying in the early morning. But the positives outway the negatives by a lot. We would revisit.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The appartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The terras was very large. Communication with the host went smooth, organized and punctual.

Excellent location with a lovely view from the large, sunny balcony just 2 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Light and airy, spotlessly clean apartment with comfy beds, great wardrobe space, good kitchen facilities and a really powerful shower. Good correspondence with the host who met us on arrival.
