The building was a bit old, we had water leaking from the ceiling from where the AC unit was.

The check-in process was very simple, all done through your phone, digital keys, etc… might be a problem if you didn’t have service/wifi. Good AC.

The apartment was quite small but tidy. In my honest opinion just a regular hotel room. The photos on Booking.com displayed an entire apartment not the two bed room we got.

The staff was very nice. The price on the apartment was the best that we could find in all of the Madrid area. Really happy with the price.

We was not 100% pleased with our stay. The rooms are not soundproof in the slightest. We could hear people’s conversations next door every night until very late and children were playing in the corridor outside their room and our room with their room door open until the early hours one of the nights. We were also woken up by the neighbouring rooms shower in the early hours of the morning (around 5am) and I’m assuming, if it was the same as the shower in our room, the water falls so heavily it is excessively loud when hitting the base of the bath. We had to put the air conditioner on to drown out the noise every night. The walls were also stained. The shower head was taped together.

Contactless check in. Vending machine in lobby. Visually appealing, especially from the outside and the lobby in comparison to other accommodations in the area. Restaurant and bar on site. Close to local amenities, bus stops and train station. Lots of storage in the room. Fridge in the room was very nice to have to keep beverages cold. Air conditioning and heating. Close to parque Warner by bus.

The room seemed not clean then my partner got issues with her nose and skin. We did not meet any staff and nobody asked how we were. We stayed for one week but no clean up or towel changes. The noise isolation is bad, you can basically can hear anything from adjacent rooms.

The location is good. It is just less than 10 minutes to the station.

All instructions were in Spanish, English translation could have been helpful. Walls are a bit thin, if you're supersensitive to noises, that might be an issue.

Great value for money! Modern, clean studio apartment, kitchen utensils, everything you need. Supermarket and railway station very close. You'll need to take the train to get to Madrid, but in 30 mins you're in the very centre. Train is a bit crowded sometimes, but commuting with the locals was a part of the authentic Spanish experience :) If I ever visit Madrid again, I'll totally go for this one.

Spent a very comfortable five nights. Very good modern and clean facilities including washer/dryer a few steps from our door. There was a top restaurant and bar within the building, and the staff, in particular, Patricia, was very responsive to any of our needs. Easy walking distance to supermarket, bakery, etc.

A lot of bars cafeteria closed staff on holidays . No kettle or cups in apartment , Had to get a Spanish person with English to ring property managers to get code for apartment. Not a great place for family holidays unless you have a car.
