The smell from the drainage expecially in the bathrooms in the morning. One morning I really thought I was going to be ill that's how bad it was, so we ensured that every plug in the bathroom was in and that the lid to the toilet was down. Such a shame as apart from that it was a lovely stay.

Although listed as being unsuitable for children (I.e no children's entertainment) it seems the English still wanted to bring their offspring. We met no Spanish guests!

The hotel was huge. Lots of choice in the restaurant and entertainment.

The pillows weren't comfortable

Difficult to spot lying back between two other very tall hotels, only accessible with some difficulty as there is very little room to manoeuvre between parked cars on the main road

The pool was to over crowded , the hotel was too big for the pool . You didn’t have any space in the swimming pool and hardly any sun loungers to hand.

The hotel was lovely and most staff were very friendly . The hotel was very clean and room were cleaned everyday and sheets every other day which was good.

The food was a little basic however, exactly what we expected in all-inclusive. Decent amount of choice, definitely good for children. Pool area was very very busy (however we stayed in school holidays so expected). Sun beds were hard to get on some days.

Location was great for us - bars and restaurants across the road, close enough to the beach and strip but further up so it was peaceful. Room was great, very clean always and plenty of space. Breakfast was lovely. Entertainment was absolutely fabulous, my partner was always involved - brilliant for all ages.

As a widow travelling for the first time with my two girls 3 and 8 I was very much looking forward to a little RnR Mummy Time by taking advantage of The Kids Club. Unfortunately i was told that it was ONLY available to TUI operator guests! I didn't have an option to even buy into the kids club wasn't even an option. A Hotel of this size extremely family orientated but a kids club not available in the height of Summer holidays is frankly unacceptable to be honest and very disappointing. I booked through Booking. Com and we live in Spain had we known i would d have booked elsewhere.

Hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable. My girls loved the Lobby with the animals & authentic noises. Food was varied and an International cuisine. Permanent life guard at swimming pool was good. Entertainment was varied and shows were professional and enjoyable for both kids & adults.

Waiting for the lifts sometimes would take 20mins just to get in the lifts. And the rooms weren’t clean at all we had to clean room before getting into bed

We found the local spirits and beer a bit on the weak side. And with being all inclusive you tend to spend more time in the hotel to save having to spend more money drinking out.

It is a very nice hotel in a quiet location away from the rowdy crowds.
