Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were excellent - very helpful, welcoming and made every effort to assist. Rooms were very well appointed and had plenty of electrical points. The hotel bar is great, very good restaurants nearby and in the hotel. Within easy walking distance of the trains, metro and hop on hop off buses.

This is our second time staying at the Gallery. We loved it then and we loved it now. Location is great with Passeig de Gracia 8 mins, Casa Batllo 9 mins, Casa Mila 3 mins, La Pedrera 3 mins and Placa de Catalunya 16 mins away. The front desk staff was extremely professional but so very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with a ticket to the Montjuic cable car and they took it upon themselves to get on the phone and help resolve my problem. Amazing customer service! Thank you to the front desk for being so kind and so caring! Your thoughtfulness was very much appreciated!

United KingdomI thought breakfast could have been a bit better but it was still a good offering with something for everyone - the staff were not as attentive as all other members of staff we met during our stay.
Staff on front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was light, bright and a really good size. Hotel was in a fabulous area of Barcelona, not too busy but surrounded by super shops and great restaurants. It felt really safe.

I was traveling with my sister and mother and opted for a family room, which consists of two connecting rooms, providing us with a spacious and comfortable accommodation. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service we received, especially from Luis at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our check-in process smooth and even took the initiative to personally bring our luggage up to our suite. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made us feel welcome. Although we were disappointed to find out that the rooftop bar was closed for the winter, Luis quickly turned the situation around by offering a drink ticket for the lobby bar. The hotel's proximity to the main shopping road was a significant plus for us and made it convenient for us to explore on foot, run out for snacks etc.
