Cleanliness around pool area. No one around ro pick up trash and keep floor clean and safe for bare feet. Trash gets to the floor during the day.

Food was sometimes cold More bar staff is needed on the bar as the queue for drinks was always very long as there was only 1 or 2 on during the day and around 3 on an evening. There seems to be a shortage of sun beds and umbrellas as if you don’t go down in time, you will end up not getting one - although the lifeguard would help find them if you needed them!

The room was very nice and spacious - we had a panoramic bath room and it was unbelievable! The mini bar and use of spa was a great touch to the room! We got new pool towels every day and the room were very cleanly and lovely. The food was okay - sometimes it was cold The drinks during lunch & tea was great as you got glass bottles of soft drinks which was a great touch The pool was amazing! Both the main pool and infinity pools were great and we loved it! Especially the sun loungers!

-WiFi barely worked, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category and price -The rooms could use a little renovation -Hygiene could be better, which is especially noticeable in the restaurant — like stains on the plates, cutlery, glasses..

-The location is excellent, there’s everything around the hotel -They speak English at the reception, which is not always case in Spain. - The food selection, especially for dinner is great – paella, pizza, pasta, seafood, even sushi

The camera was not totally soundproofed.

The hotel raises on top of Tenerife’s nightlife. Suggested to the ones who want to be close to the “movida”. The suite in the 8th floor includes a whirlpool, 25 drinks, the access to the exclusive roof top and free access every day to the hotel SPA.

We liked almost everything. Great location, lovely sunbathing areas, great pools. Entertainment ok, staff excellent. Bar and snacks very good system and prices. We were half board and main restaurant only thing not so good, most days we found something we liked to eat but a few days struggled. Good that they had a microwave though and breakfasts were very good.

Entertainment at night could have been better. No iron or ironing board in room. There was an option to rent one for an additional charge of 25 euro for two days. I have never come across this previously.

Lack of information about the hotel/inclusive offering. Found an information sheet about all-inclusive food/drink/hours by a web search, not browsing the site. Entertainment was listed but without location, and not clear where all the bar (etc) facilities were. Took a couple of days to work out it all happened in the pool courtyard/bar.

Room was fresh and clean with good storage. Sea view balcony was small but adequate. Food was generally good with a fair degree of variety. Pool bar service was slow, but additional staff there by the end of stay.

The worst thing we experienced during our stay was not the fault of the hotel itself. However there was a club across the street that was blasting very loud music into the middle of the night every night so sleeping could be a problem for people that are sensitive to noise.

Breakfast and Dinner were very good and we enjoyed it. The room was very spacious and nice and the room was kept very clean for the whole day. We visited the spa for a massage that we enjoyed and received very professional service. The location is very and there are a lot of activities within walking distance and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The staff were excellent, friendly and very hard working. The hotel has good facilities and the pool is very good. The hotel is located close to the famous Veronica’s strip so can be a bit noisy at night if your room faces onto it. For me the only negative as the food which just wasn’t my thing and seemed a bit limited, especially at dinner.

Everything was good,besides cleaning lady who would always wake me up,even if we put don’t disturb on the door,food was delicious,pools are nice,rooms were comfortable,I recommend it but be prepared for cleaning
