Food was below average we didn’t like it, at some point we had to eat out. Staff was very unfriendly, hardly say hello or anything to you. You’re not greeted by any point of your stay or simply asked anything. The only nice interaction was with our room cleaner( lovely lady ) and one of the guy who I saw cleaning around pool area and once come to deal with little problem in our bungalow, these was only two people who had smile there and being nice.

Bungalow was nice, big and cleaned it was nice to have coffe in the morning outside.

Cold pool. All inclusive wine was poor quality. Pool tables were in poor condition.

I purposely booked this hotel over another as it came with access to the water park at the sister hotel. However, after catching the shuttle bus to the sister hotel we were informed our wrist bands meant access to the water park was not free and indeed we were expected to pay. This also happened to another family who checked in on the same day and when pressed they were then given red wrist bands at reception however we were not. The water park at the sister hotel was also not fully in operation as several slides were closed.

All areas were clean with rooms being cleaned daily. 10 mins walk into town. Staff friendly and helpful, easy to book excursions from reception.

The evening entertainment wasn't very good and kept changing apart from the mini disco and the kids club closed at 2pm

No tea and coffee in the rooms but there was a kettle.

Breakfast was lovely, we had a 10am slot and there was still plenty of choice and options. Lots of choices, healthy and otherwise.

Cleaning was skipped several days in our room. We might have asked for cleaning at the reception, but in a 4 star hotel we should not chase housekeeping to do their work. Food was OK at the restaurant, sometimes could have been a bit warmer. We always found something to eat but not a 'great' buffet.

Room (2 bed bungalow) was large and comfortable. Many sunbeds around the pool. Water is cold like everywhere in February so no complaint. We swam in the ocean though. Entertainement for kids was good, our little one liked it. We did not really stay for adult entrtainement, we went to Playa Dorada and Rubicon Marina for night out. Overall we got what we expected, it was really worth for the money. We often came up for lunch from the beach (4 EUR by taxi) to grab some food.

Staff were all nice apart from one elderly woman on reception who was very rude and argumentative. Also door card reader broke 5 times and had to get maintenance out to fix it each time which was a big inconvenience. And they did not do extended check out.

They really need to get rid of the gaps in the doors and windows as the place is absolutely spotless however these gaps resulted in cockroaches in the apartment.🤢

Other than breakfast the food was pretty poor, despite being all inclusive we went out to eat at least once a day in order to have a proper meal. We also we had an unwanted visit from a cockroach in our bed on second night...

The staff here are absolutely amazing, really great, super friendly and very helpful, to be honest the staff absolutely make this place! Pool area was nice as well

only slight downside was a comfortable bar facility, the hotel caters for families with children and they have the main theatre in the evening but for those that want a bit of peace away from that the “Spanish bar” whilst adequate isn’t the most comfortable of places to sit and relax

For me the quality of the free drinks was poor, everything very sweet in the way of fizzy, the juices were very watery and bitter, the alcohol was basic and for me not enjoyable. The food (mainly 3 nights at )Dinner and kids menu and lunch at snack bar i found very basic and not enjoyable warm at best, in contrast for me other days dinner had great choices so hit and miss, Over all the drinks for me were the main disappointment from coffee to spirits, Even asked to buy branded gin but they had no alternative mixers. (i resorted to buying what i like from the little shop which in fairness was cheap enough so managed to drink something i liked in the evenings)

Over all location was nice, Rooms was fine, beds comfy, Staff were generally great - overworked in some areas and people leave a lot of rubbish and mess around instead of tidying up a little to help. Nina in reception was very welcoming and so was the animation team and great with the kids. Kids loved it, pool overall was fine, yes it needs some work to the tiles but was not dirty in my opinion (as other reviews stated) Food - Breakfast we found it a great choice hot and cold from English bacon to crispy bacon eggs tomatos etc to cereals pancakes and fresh fruits etc, Lunch equally the same the salads and continental choices great. Dinners hit and miss could have been better. although one nice touch was the freshly cooked pizzas being made and served constantly throughout the evening - Friday Bbq day was a good day and good amount of food to go around! Chef was great as he must have been melting! And evening entertainment very hit and miss - but we made a good group of friends and managed to enjoy each night as to what we made it. Main reason for this break was for the kids and they enjoyed it so it was hit!

keycards keep failing on the doors even when I kept away from mobile very frustrating when you’re bungalow is a good walk from reception! my only gripe.

Safe for all.. kids loved it, great breakfast in particular, lunch good & great variety at dinner you can be as healthy or unhealthy as u like, great choice for all.. loved clean bungalows with towels daily…staff are super… Lovely new Dutch girl recently arrived on entertainment staff she is super & does over and beyond…

Wi-Fi not being available throughout the hotel, maybe more play options for older kids eg soccer, tennis etc
