This is my second time coming to dreams. I stayed in November 2023 and fell in love with it. The location, the pool, the whole vibe. Great cocktail menu, room is very modern and spacious. Will return again in the future. Amazing breakfast too.

1. Pool is very nice and sunbeds are also, we enjoyed to be there, but there is only once chance to have them - if you occupy one before 11am 2. Preferred club - biggest disappointment. We bought to try for one day, and were almost kicked out from breakfast, because we were not in the list, and until everything was verified it was very frustrating to wait, like we were criminals or something. Snacks were good, but would appreciate some additional real food there. Special sunbed area for Preferred Club was the best thing out of everything. It helps to get guaranteed sunbed. 3. Barefoot Grill - canarian potatoes are awesome, everything else - pretty average.

Coco Cafe - awesome waiters! We had last day in hotel and bought expensive wine in a local winery, which they let us drink when we were there on a lunch! Regular reception is awesome, helped us with everything, even allowed us to take shower when we arrived, and also allowed us to stay in hotel until we had a flight back Everything else was pretty satisfying!

Concierge /porter service could be better

The staff were excellent in every department,the gym a particular favourite ,the food excellent, bedroom good(very comfortable bed) ,the pool area a little congested but well laid out.

Great difficulty in booking " theme restaurants " - eventually got booking for two. Service so slow took an hour to get main course in Italian .Staff not very friendly -- obvious shortage of staff in these facilities. Entertainment at night not wonderful & not enough outside seating for show.

Buffet was excellent. Pools were great for all the family. Rooms very comfortable

Absolutely stunning hotel in every way. The building is north African style, bright white with gorgeous interior which is all very well maintained and immaculately clean. The gardens, surroundings and pool area are abundent with tropical trees and flora. Candles lit in lanterns all over in the evenings, such attention to detail. The rooms were perfect with a large bathroom and a balcony. Breakfast was really impressive, fresh and good. The location may not be the most beautiful part of south Tenerife but lots of supermarkets and mini shops close by which is handy. Also it's literally beside the harbour where you can rent a boat or jetski. You're only a 5 minute cab ride or 20 minute walk away from a beautiful coastline away from most og the busy tourist areas. We came to Tenerife with two teenaged daughters to get some rest and sun so we pretty much stayed inside the hotel gates all day, everything you need right there, sunbeds, great bars, pool, spa, gym etc. Strongly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was fab, pool was amazing, staff were lovely, the bar with the sunset view was stunning, location perfect for us as we walked everywhere. Taxis super easy to get if needed.

Some minor things: room service food was not very good. Layout is a bit confusing, especially with a buggy as there are so many steps everywhere and you need to take the elevators, but it’s not clear which ones are needed for various floors. Could be better laid out/signposted.

This is a really beautiful resort with gorgeous well maintained grounds. Fab interiors. Nice big heated pool. Fantastic breakfast with so much choice. Lovely bars to have a drink in the evening. Staff were really great too, very helpful and work really hard. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first visit we were very impressed, it was only a short break but this hotel had everything you would need, in fact we did not leave it, the restaurants were amazing the pools lovely and the roof top bar is just amazing the views were fantastic.

We rarely eat in the hotel (except for breakfast which is very good) but on the one occasion we did for lunch (for convenience) we were pretty disappointed with the Barefoot bar. We ordered chicken burgers and chips and the chips were cold and greasy, and the chicken burger was a bit basic. We sent it back. Only other comment is that sometimes the service is a little slow in the sunset bar. Without the above two points, this hotel would be rated a 10.

The hotel setting is very tranquil and peaceful. It was the second time back to the hotel for us and we would always opt for the club access - the breakfast terrace is lovely and the Bali beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are lovely with great views of the ocean.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and we especially liked the terrace with sun loungers and a sofa as well as a table and chairs. We spent much more time on our terrace than we would normally do. The food was generally of a very good standard. The club Bali area was super.

The hotel has a special charm, everything is very nicely decorated. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. A perfect 13 days for my family.
