On arrival we were informed at the time of booking my husband's credit it card had been declined although we had no knowledge of this. We understood that payment would be made at the hotel This was not the issue but it was said Infront of another guest and it could have been dealt with more discreetly .

The location of the hotel was very good and to include free parking was a great bonus. The decor of the hotel and our room was of a high standard

We tried the restaurant downstairs for the lunch menu. The staff mixed up our order and was not very welcoming. But the food was excellent!

Loved the location, decor, we changed room for the extra night of our stay and got upgraded to a room w a hot tub which we appreciated 🙂

Nice hotel in a wonderful location. We had a room on the fourth floor with a terrace overlooking the marina. It was great. The hotel does have car park a short walk away which once you have got the hang of the access it's very convenient. Access may involve driving the wrong way down a one way street but this has been agreed by the authorities and they even have a sign saying you can!!! Now that is an experience you don't get every day! Absolutely would recommend this hotel.

The only little thing I would have appreciated would be to replenish coffee capsules and water bottles when used, apart from that change nothing.

You had to be careful not to flood the bathroom the shower is not directly pointing over the drain. This a very minor criticism.

The wifi router needs an update. Iphones using DNS protected data are blocked. Forgot to tell them when I left.

Excellent place. The Hotel is full of nicely designed details, its spacy, very proper and ideally located with balconies giving great views. Breakfast is great and all people working there are friendly and helpful. Easy to park the car in their own safe place. Can highly recommend.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The location is excellent, right on the harbour with amazing front line views. The hotel itself has recently had a full refurbishment, the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. They have now put a Nespresso Machine in the room. The staff are so polite and go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommended hotel.

Beautiful and simple decor, incredibly clean! Loved the large bath towels, hair dryer, robes and clothing steamer. Great soaps, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion-wonderful shower. Loved the small balcony and views of the water. Thank you for our lovely stay in your charming hotel!
