The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All my needs during my stay were supported by the hotel. I would definitely use the hotel again if travelling to Spain.

No Wi-Fi in the 2 rooms I had. Zero signal. Hotel did not reply properly to the communications before arrival - answering machine and auto replies to emails. Gym was extra pay. No flexibility to enter the gym 30min before … they would only open at 08:30. Breakfast area was small. Fully packed.

The family room is very tight for 4 people. I guess it's fine for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't like to stay in it for longer. So if you book a family room - double-check first that you are ok with it size.

It's a good price-value choice to stay for a night or two. Clean rooms, all basic amenities available, efficient personnel. Not too far from Warner Bros, and has many restaurants/shops in driving distance.

Difficult to find from the description on the website. Not mentioned on the website the restaurant was only open Monday to Thursday.

Couldn’t fault the room or the facilities, ticked all our boxes. Walk-in shower, lifts, secure parking. A very enjoyable stay. Only one thing let it down, no restaurant open Friday, Saturday or Sundays.

too hot overall, not possible to control individually carpet in the rooms, the worst for allergies family rooms to tight, we almost could not cross the room to the windows

Room had a lingering smell of cigarettes but dissipated quickly, not the hotels fault for this. Beds were a little too firm, but not totally uncomfortable.

Underground parking is always simple, staff constantly very friendly!

For a 3 star hotel outside Madrid paying 100€ for one night is not a good value for the money at all. Even though the hygiene was very good, the rest made me feel let down. Forget about soundproofing. It's non existent here, so you will hear all your neighbours in the rooms nearby even across the coridor. Cleaners are too loud in the morning, so you should expect to be awake when they are around (about 9:30am). The smell in the room was similar to the smell in the male dressing room at the gym. The shower poor design solution leads to water leakage all around the bathroom. Beds ar tough and not comfy. And no proper blankets, really???

It was quite clean.

The hotel was too hot. We could not sleep at all. The hallway was like a swamp and the room a sauna. The gentlemen at the front desk helped us to move to another room in the middle of the night which was very nice but that room even took a few hours before it even became a decent temperature. The pillows and mattresses are awful. Each pillow is about 2.5cms thick only and you one only get 1 per person. My mattress was so springy that it squeaked at even the smallest movement. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and so dirty. You can see the trail down the middle of the carpet where people have been walking on them. Over all the hotel is in desperate need of a make over and new AC system.

The breakfast buffet options and service were very good. The parking was very convenient.

1 - There was a team of very young kids (8-12 years old?) staying the weekend and they made a lot of noise. We stayed on the same floor as them and the noise was unbearable, to the point that we had to go downstairs and complain. The front desk employee promised us they wouldn't make noise at night, but we were sceptical and asked to change rooms, which was not possible because the hotel was allegedly full. It was very stressful for us because we were expecting the hotel to be a nice resting place, but it wasn't. 2 - The hotel restaurant isn't open on the weekends, so we had to order food through Uber Eats and Glovo. There was a vending machine at the entrance but it was almost empty. 3 - There was a towel in the bathroom that had a blood stain. 4 - We only had 2 pillows in the bedroom (one for each) and they were very thin, so I needed to ask for more. I had to go downstairs to get them because there is no room service. 5 - The AC doesn't get cool enough and the weather outside was almost 40ºC. 6 - Overall, the room wasn't very well kept, even for a 3-star hotel. There were crooked towel holders and holes on the walls.

The area surrounding the hotel was nice and quiet, and the breakfast food was decent. It serves its purpose, which is to spend the night before and after going to Parque Warner.
