I read a lot of negative reviews about the downstairs rooms close to the pool and the bad smell. I contacted them before our arrival and we were made sure to get a different room. Ofcourse, upon arrival; we did get the room on the ground floor next to the pool. The smell is really really bad and the humidity in the room as well. Also hardly any daylight with a very small window. We were given the option to change rooms the day after, because at that moment the hotel was fully booked. The second room was WAY better, with a nice balcony, a lot of daylight, good airco and ZERO smell. Also a bigger bed. This was in another building. However, it did give us a stressfull arrival. The rest of our stay was good, however definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the price. The pool looks old and not inviting.

Evening meals could do with a bit of an upgrade. Very bland choice felt like it was designed for English and German people with chips, pizzas, and cold sausages.

They did not inform us that there was electrical work being done in our building when we arrived. Did not have power for the first few hours - not a big deal overall and did not majorly impact our stay but would’ve been nice to be informed.

Clean and comfortable room! The breakfast was a great value! Short walk to two amazing beaches and a few nearby restaurants. Staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations. The parking lot made having a car very easy! Would definitely stay here again!

the room was SO hot during the night, the AC really doesnt help and it was nearly impossible to sleep in July in such temperatures. one other thing, its better to go to eat earlier for both breakfast and dinner cause by the end of both there was not much options left

the hotel is very nice and has own private parking. we only been for a weekend, so the room was okay for that sort of stay. food was awesome tho, on our first day there was shrimp and delicious eggplant lasagna + they make awesome Sangria. another great thing you can go for a night swim in the pool and lay in the balibeds which was lovely. overall great experience

The hotel facilities are very nicely outside, however the room was a bit minimalistic for a 4 star hotel and it could be renewed at some point to provide. The door of the bathroom did not close sometimes too. But overall nice with a lot of flowers outside of the room.

The breakfast was amazing! They offer something for everyone. The location is okay, there is a beach just 2 walking minutes from the hotel which is not very populated but beautiful. We recommend a car to go around the island especially because the hotel offers free parking.

No water in the rooms. A few power outages. Rooms a little smaller than expected. Very noisy air conditioning unit. Eek.

Great staff, especially in the restaurant, good selection of freshly made food in the buffet, lots of staff available, everything kept very tidy and clean. Decent Wifi throughout the hotel. Only 5 mins walk to a super lovely beach. Shop nearby.

Only think I would say is that for a 4 star the air con was not up to scratch - it barely did anything on full blast The food was above average good - nothing to shout about but rather good for hotel buffet

The rooms could be better equipped with a water bottle and kettle, and something between a sheet (too cool) and duvet (too hot) for sleeping. The rooms were also quite echo-ey, and I could hear my neighbors and people passing in the hall.

The overall ambience was delightful - it felt like I was staying at a high-end boutique hotel. The pool was clean and calm, gardens were well managed, and the veranda was great for a meal or a glass of wine.

The service could be a little slow at times but this wasn’t a major issue.

It was very clean, convenient and very relaxed. There was always a sun lounger available and the staff were nice. We had everything we needed.

The air conditioning did not work very well. The door room was a stuck. One bed lamp was not working very well. The dinner buffet was varied but un our opinion not so tasty - not worth its price. Almost no options for snacks and small meals in the bar.

Nice pool, you may borrow towels for the beach, great location verz close to the beach, but also only accessible with car. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice outside area, very invitung for a relaxing time. We had an issue with the phone making a noise, which was promptly solved by the very nice and helpful staff.
