Walls were a very thin between rooms. Heard the people next to us come in and leave very early in the morning.

Pillows can be more ergonomic. The beds are not bad, but can be improved.

Breakfast was one of the best I've ever come up to. Plenty of choices and very good quality indeed. The location is very central and easy to reach from many different directions. The scent of the hotel was very nice.

The shower …. Too much water splashes out regardless of how careful one tries to be. One shower mat is therefore not enough at all. If two people need to shower then one mat gets soaked. The extractor fan in the bathroom was either not working or inefficient….. the bathroom steamed up. The curtains didn’t close completely in the Centre …. But loved my stay hence didn’t raise the issues when there.

Loved the location. And the friendly and efficient reception staff. Loved the lobby and the piano music. Having a safe was great …. Could lick away documents instead of carrying it around.

The hotel is located in a prime location, easily walkable to tourist attractions and the metro. The rooms were clean and our room was a wonderful layout for a family: a queen bed and bunk beds for the kids. Why don't more hotel rooms have that?? The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again when we go back.

Freshness and taste. Mattress was a little too firm but this is personal choice so not really a dislike. The only downside is not having an iron/ironing board available. They do provide laundry/ironing services but would have liked to have known this beforehand. Easily fixed by purchasing a travel iron.

Stunning hotel in a superb location. Great value for money. Staff were very helpful. Check in / out was very easy. The room design is beautiful and spacious. Shower excellent.

The location is perfect. Just behind the main, busy street, so there was no noise. The metro is 5 minutes away, and there are lots of theatres, restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the bathroom is modern and clean, with plenty of space. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the evenings, and our meal was outstanding. We will be back!

The hotel was very well situated just off the Gran via and close to Plaza Mayor. The room was modern and I appreciate the soft lighting in the bathroom that was sensor based. Great breakfast with very wide choice of cold and hot food. For a central Madrid hotel it exceeded expectations

Breakfast is quite expensive compared to heading out to local cafes but I really had to think hard of a negative to be honest as there really weren’t any .

The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were spacious and very clean. The towels were changed everyday ! Location was perfect . Would highly recommend and would return should we ever return to Madrid.

Heat control Small bathroom

This hotel provided me with exactly what you want for a stay in Madrid. It is in the city centre. Breakfast good also a good restaurant ( other restaurants nearby ) for anyone with a car it has a garage . However , it was cold weather , the room was kept warm but you do not have any way to control it. Room on the 4th floor hot water took a long time to come through . Bathroom a bit cramped for a double (2person) room. Taxi stand just outside is very convenient.

Smokers should stand away from the front door. This has to be strictly implemented. Everytime the sliding door opens, the smoke gets in the hotel.
