We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainWeird smell in the bedroom when we first came in but it seemed that it went away.
Great location. Nice and spacious room with view on the pool and the beach. We stayed only for one night with our dog (20kg) for which we had to pay a 12€ fee/day The breakfast buffet was good and everything went great. The staff was very nice. Would recommend!

FranceIf I am being picky my only grumble would be the pillows. They were lumpy. Stayed at the sister hotel in Estartit 2 days before and had new firm pillows….clearly spoilt 😃.
Fab hotel, great staff, superb breakfast, great location. 12 euro to park car in secure spot, beach front. Dog friendly. Good aircon and quiet ceiling fan.

United KingdomI requested a parking space for 7 nights on my booking form and received an email saying all my requests had been confirmed. Brochure said you could park at the hotel with prior booking. However, when I arrived by car at the hotel I was told all car parking spaces were full, therefore I would have to find my own parking space on the street, which was not easy, Would have preferred parking at the hotel.
Room was a nice size, but bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Good breakfast either cooked, cereals or continental. Small swimming pool for young children connected to large swimming pool of a good size. Plenty of chairs, tables and sun beds.

FranceI am struggling to find something I didn’t like, the only thing perhaps is the partitioning between the balconies are a bit see through a little opaque making it feel not so private.
we stayed in a good sized room with a balcony overlooking the sea on the top floor. Beds were very comfortable. We had AMAZING views over the bay of Roses. The room had a good layout and well soundproofed. the balcony was a fair size with comfortable patio seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day and they did an excellent job. What an incredible choice for breakfast with a chef cooking eggs and the catering staff so attentive. The hotel is practically on the beach and has a swimming pool. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

FranceThe room was a bit noisy. We could hear the voices of people in the adjacent room together with their dog barking and every time someone moved a chair we could hear it. Fortunately we were in a corner room so there was only one neighbour to hear. Also we went to the hotel bar one afternoon and couldn't find anyone to serve us. There are no coffee or tea facilities in the room so we wanted a coffee in the bar but couldn't get served.
The room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful mostly.

FinlandWhen we checked in, we didn't feel particularly welcome. The front desk staff seemed to be in their own thoughts. The breakfast was worthy of a hotel of this level, but you didn't get a cup of coffee until after 8 o'clock at breakfast. You had to pick up your morning coffee from the city. We didn't have reserved parking and it was quite difficult in the vicinity of the hotel.
Excellent location on the beach. The sandy beach was absolutely excellent and quite clean. There were enough services nearby and it was also possible to find fun things to do in the evenings. The swimming pool area was clean and peaceful.
